I don't like rating this place so low because the employees were actually really nice which is a surprise these days. Every table in the whole place was dirty. You may need more employees. The food was good.
This is the slowest drive thru that I have ever driven through! Every time it is longer! Get some help and pick it up Panera! I am ending my SIP club because this is the location closest and I will not wait 35 minutes in drive thru for a drink!

I had to cancel a delivery order last minute because I had to leave my home for an emergency. I instead stopped into the restaurant to pick up my order. When I returned home a few hours later there was my order on the porch. I tried to call to pay for the 2nd meal but they were unable to take another payment. If the door dasher who delivered sees this, please get ahold of me so I can give you a tip!Great food, great customer service.
