“Always amazing food and excellent service. They have everthing from “bar food” to surf and turf. They have weekend specials that are not normally on the menu, i follow on FB to keep up on this and these are always great.“

“Italian Margaritas were delicious, our server named Nick was great and doesn't everyone love the endless pasta dishes. We thought sure we we'd eat at least part of another one while we were there but the first plate was so filling that we asked to take them home. Someone mentioned something about not being the same size when you take them home but I put my angel hair with alfredo and Italian sausage into a large bowl the next day and I had more than enough to eat. I swear it was the same size as the night before. And amazing tasty!!“

“I had to cancel a delivery order last minute because I had to leave my home for an emergency. I instead stopped into the restaurant to pick up my order. When I returned home a few hours later there was my order on the porch. I tried to call to pay for the 2nd meal but they were unable to take another payment. If the door dasher who delivered sees this, please get ahold of me so I can give you a tip!Great food, great customer service.“

Great service with a waitstaff and kitchen that was wonderful with working around my fungi/mold food allergies.Vegetarian options: Friendly staff that works well with questions and alternatives.Dietary restrictions: I have a fungi/mold allergy and they were able to hold the balsamic vinegar, parmesan cheeae, and other aged products in making an allergy friendly fresh meal.Parking: The municial parking is not located on Google maps but it is available across the street.“

“Dimitri, the owner, bent over backwards for me and made me feel like my experience and happiness was just important to him as it was to me. We got a barbecue in our backyard for my son’s grad party and it was so delicious and fresh and we had plenty of food!!“

“I was so lucky to come across Phil that works at the Shelby Panera restaurant. I already had a bad day and was just trying to get dinner. I had trouble with my DoorDash order, and I was calling the store to see if I could solve the problem. Phil was the perfect man for the job. He listened to me with his calming voice and corrected my problem. He told me about the Panera app so I won't run into the same problem next time. Then he even went above and beyond and made my day. Thanks Phil you were a lifesaver!“

“Edited December 8th 2023:The lemon drop cookie is delicious.The lemon is not too lemony and it's a good soft and crunchy bite at the same time I don't know how they pull that off.Also I'm addicted their plain bags of chips. They are my favorite kettle chips. I actually go there and order them just by themselves with the green tea.The oil and the salt is perfect on each and every chip.The roast turkey avocado bacon sandwich will forever be a classic.So the Panera strip club is worth every dollar I highly recommend people get that.Last but not least the customer service is on point each and every time.The staff is always friendly and courteous.The cleanliness of that restaurant has improved because more than once I came in and got down by the food pick up area, the drinks are and the floor was sticky to the point you could hear it when you stepped.The floors have not been doing that for the last month or so.They have clean bathrooms as well.I highly recommend you go to this Panera bread.Oatmeal with strawberry and cinnamon pecan crunch ?“
