“I found this GEM a year ago, when I was working in the area. Everything on the menu I have tried, I have liked. I LOVE the Gobi Manchurian and the Mulligatawny Soup! In fact, it is hard for me to order anything else. The people that work there are kind and attentive. Every time I go, I expect more people in the pace. Although I would miss the attention from staff - this place should be packed. Definitely give it a try - even make it a destination, Clawson has some cool thing going on.”

“From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt right at home! My husband and I have lived within 10 minutes of this gem for the last 7 years and were so excited to find it today! We are just mad we didn’t find this spot sooner! The pink Greek dressing is epic and we loved the grilled fish options! Love that the dinners came with included dessert and the staff were all very attentive and friendly! We cannot wait to come back soon!”

“Amazing place for breakfast, and the place was crowded, they took our order, and 10 min later, wow fantastic food in our table. Huevos Rancheros, avocado Toast, lox Benedict. Everything was good. ”

“I’m no crazy foodie but this is the best barbecue I’ve ever had. I ordered beef rib (picture) and my friend got the ribeye. I got the pecan pie for dessert too (pictured). Everything was delicious. Meat was falling off the bone tender. The corn is out of this world. My friend who is self proclaimed “not a corn person” loved the corn too. Service was excellent. The patio is a relaxing atmosphere on a warm evening.”

“Taking off a star because there didn't seem to be many gluten free options - or maybe the server just didn't know. In any case, food and drinks were delicious, it was surprisingly affordable, and we'll definitely add to our regular rotation.”

“Always love Perry's! Good cheesy bread sticks, pizza and salads, and always wonderful service!Leave a tip for a good local business ?Parking: Maybe 8 to 12 spots, always one open. You never stay for more than a few minutes so it doesn't matter that there's not a lot of parking.”

“Food was all absolutely excellent (and we tried a LOT of different stuff). Very cool that everything is sustainable—even cooler that it didn’t feel like we were paying much more for that. Best of all (for me): there were multiple vegan options! My carnivore friends say the fish was all great as well.”

“Just stopped here after months of wanting to do so. I had their small Greek chicken salad! It’s huge! The vegetables all tasted fresh! The chicken was perfect and so was the dressing. These days, the quality at most restaurants (regardless of price range), is at best a 2/5 stars. Apovini is the exception to the rule! I work across the street and will by stopping by here more often! Absolutely amazing salad!”

“Cool, small spot in downtown Clawson. Parking around back. Be prepared for a minor wait that may have you waiting outside until there's enough room inside to wait.”

“Great small town coffee shop! The owner, Ana, is always so friendly and a delight. She picks the right staff to keep the vibe friendly and small town. There are other coffee venues in Clawson but their coffee isn't nearly as consistently good. I always choose Khave!”

“Richard is awesome. Helped me with my wedding cake and is very detailed. Have great food there as well! People were stopping in on lunch break to grab hot and cold food. Pizza and subs are amazing. Thanks so much Richard!!!”
“Stopped by Dairy-O for late night ice cream. Everything came out fairly quick with large portion sizes. I was disappointed to find out their butter pecan ice cream was just vanilla + flavoring. Heads up, this place is Cash Only!”

“This Tubbys location is hands down the best I've had in years. A lot of other locations have changed over the years, but not this one! They do the taco sub like it used to be 30 years ago. The right bread, the right salsa, and perfect portions. Always fast service and always made with the freshest ingredients!”

“An absolute staple. Renshaw is easily my favorite bar around. Their food is as good as "bar food" gets, and you truly just cannot beat a $2.50 beer. Add pull tabs AND TouchTunes? I'm in heaven. Couldn't recommend this enough. Service has always been above average, even when going with an entire softball team after our games.”

“I love their patio. I got their blood orange margarita- tasty with that cinnamon sugar rim! The fried green beans were good, but had that dirty oil taste like fair food. They have good ranch! The saganaki is great and they give you enough pita wedges to eat it with. I'd go back to try their other food and drinks!”

“Ok BBQ. I loved the Mac N Cheese. The brisket was decent as was the sausage.I didn’t care for the ribs very much but I enjoyed most of the house made BBQ sauces. It’s not a bad BBQ spot but if there’s a Famous Dave’s nearby, I’d recommend going there.”

“Wow what a great breakfast/brunch spot. Cute and inviting interior with great outdoor patio seating as well. Had the Crabcake Benedict. 2 crab cake patties, poached eggs, roasted potatoes, on a toasted English muffin, hollandaise, chive garnish. The eggs were cooked perfectly and had a delicious hollandaise sauce.”

“We set outside which was a nice patio area. Since it was cinco de mayo when we went they had live music in the afternoon. Waiter was super friendly and even told us a cinco de mayo (our request). So staff has a great sense of humor.I got the Mexican Cobb salad with chicken and it was well worth the price for a salad size wise. I liked it for the most part but the beans felt a little hard. We also got a burrito and fried ice cream. I also got the pomegranate margarita. It was yummy!Inside was ok but this was definitely a restaurant I’d want to sit outdoors with nice weather. Parking is free.”

“I moved to the area a couple years ago and decided to eat there a couple times because of the convenience. I have to say, I've never had a bad meal here and I've been back several times since. It's definitely a step up from normal bar food”
“I was there on Saturday evening. This place was quite busy but I loved the way they were attending every guest and we were able to get our table within 10-15 minutes, I appreciate the gesture. The place has open sitting area with cosy couches and very breezy, perfect outdoor place for spring/summer evening. They have a great selection of Mexican food and drinks. Their draft beer menu is quite limited but you will find options of bottled beer/cocktail options to choose from.”

“Probably not my sort of place. I think it might cater to sportsers and groups.I don't understand why it is called Old Detroit. It has nothing to do with Detroit.I think I got a hamburger. It was fine, Service was good, not great. Its okay, just nothing stands out to reel folks in.”

“So I’ve been trying different gluten-free pizzas in the area and this one definitely is at the top! The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is that I also ordered a salad and not sure what was going on over there at the actual restaurant but somebody was not paying attention to what I wanted on my salad and didn’t want. I do have to say though The salad was very good and I could tell it’s all fresh ingredients. NEXT TIME PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE ACTUAL ORDER AND NOT JUST MAKE IT HOW YOU FEEL LIKE MAKING IT.”

“My experience at Noori Pocha, the Korean fried chicken haven, was nothing short of extraordinary. I'd give 10 stars to this restaurant if I could. Not only the food, but also the customer service and the vibe were impressive. I forgot to take pictures of their fried chicken, because it looked so good that I had to start eating as soon as it got to our table. 1. Food - Fried chicken: better than the ones back in South Korea! Crispy on the outside, yet incredibly juicy and flavorful on the inside. I tried all the flavors - whether you prefer it with the soy garlic glaze, the sweet & spicy sauce or any other, every option is a winner. - Jokbal (braised pork hocks): we had both the original and the spicy version. They were both authentic and aromatic... just fantastic. And let's not forget the array of mouthwatering sides - from the refreshing crunch of the lettuce to the variety of delectable sauces, every component complemented the star of the show, the Jokbal, flawlessly. - Bulgogi (soy sauce marinated sliced beef): Bulgogi at Noori Pocha is a true delight. Tender slices of beef marinated in a sweet soy sauce create a beautiful symphony of flavors that dance on your palate. Each bite is a perfect balance of savory and sweet, leaving you craving for more. - Jeyook (spicy sauce marinated sliced pork): this was my favorite. It tastes like it's from a very good restaurant in South Korea. Tender slices of pork marinated in a spicy sauce create a tantalizing explosion of taste. Each bite is a perfect harmony of heat and sweetness, guaranteed to leave your taste buds tingling with delight. Paired with generous rice balls, it's a Korean culinary experience that will leave you craving for more. It also goes well with alcoholic beverages. - Dakttongjip (fried chicken gizzard): the gizzards are fried to perfection, creating a crispy exterior that gives way to a burst of savory goodness. Whether enjoyed as a snack or a main dish, Dakttongjip is a must-try for anyone seeking a unique and delicious Korean culinary experience. It comes with lots of whole fried garlic. - Ddakbbokeumtang (spicy chicken stew): hearty and full of flavor. Tender chunks of chicken simmered in a rich and flavorful broth, infused with a fiery blend of spices that awaken your senses with every spoonful. - Pajeon (spring onion & seafood pancake): probably the best Korean seafood pancake I've ever had. Crispy outside, soft inside, loaded with plump shrimp and fresh spring onions, it's a perfect combination of textures and tastes. 2. Ambiance Precious korean vintage stuff all around the place. Chic and inviting, with a touch of Korean charm and a great selection of K-pop music playing in the background. It's the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends and family. 3. Service Attentive and friendly staff members go above and beyond to ensure that your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. Whether you need recommendations on what to order or just a friendly chat, they are always ready to assist with a smile. Ask for 'slush soju' - they will softly hammer the bottom of the bottle, which makes soju tastes even better, and you get to experience the fun of it. Overall, I am more than satisfied with everything this place offers. A fun place to visit with the best selection of foods. I highly recommend Noori Pocha to everyone who lives in Michigan. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit - your taste buds will thank you!”
