“This is honestly my favorite coffee spot. Wonderful pastries, lovely coffee and atmosphere. However, this morning I had a strange experience— got my usual order (honey lavender latte), but it tasted burnt and like there was no syrup in it at all (totally not a typical experience there, btw). With anxiety coursing through my veins, I gathered the courage to ask for my latte to be remade, which I have never done, and hate doing. The woman at the register gave me a suspicious look, almost like I was trying to pull a fast one, or steal something even though I was handing her the full cup of coffee to be replaced. Just very hesitant to adhere to such a request. It made me feel ridiculous for even asking... Instead, a barista, who was absolutely lovely, approached me and kindly offered to remake it for me. It was delicious. I was thankful for her willingness to interject into that conversation and help out (even though she was already incredibly busy and working her tail off.) All-in-all though, my experience with the woman at the register made me feel yucky and unvalued, as someone who very regularly spends $7.50 on a coffee there.“

When I first walked in I was greeted right away but a super friendly woman! The decor in here is lacking and a bit dated, so I don't think I would stick around. They do have several tables though. I did take my order to go. I picked out 6 Macarons and their garlic cream cheese bun. Absolutely DELICIOUS!! I have had both items at other places but this was beyond tasty!! The cream in the macarons is not overly sweet and the cookie part was chewy to perfection! Soooo good! The garlic cream cheese bun.... Well I'll be thinking about that the rest of my life hahaha The service here was outstanding and the woman who helped me took special care when wrapping everything up! I think some locations offer mini sized cookies. A fun fact: they do have their own ice-cream. Some locations don't have cashiers, just a computer you manually order at. Packaging is cute. They can add a small sticker for a ily, hbd, best wishes, things like that. “I’m not a huge donut fan, but Elias donuts has changed that for me. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff and offered a hot, fresh donut. It was so warm, fluffy and creamy. That one free sample converted me, and we ended up buying way more than we intended to. “I've been to this location about a dozen times now since it has opened in December 2023. All my experiences have been pretty good. The drinks have all been fantastic. I sometimes order ahead, and a few times I order at the drive thru. Either way the drinks are as good as I remember when you were originally in Michigan. I am glad you have returned.“
