How can you allow Rapid Pick Up orders and then close the dining room? My online RPU order was ready at 11:10am but the front door was locked to the dining room with a hand written sign saying drive thru only. It took me 35 minutes to go thru the drive thru line. My soup was cold by the time i received it.
Wonderful cashiers that i met in the drive thru! They all reminded me of my grand children, whom i love dearly❤️ This panera made me feel quite at home and i spoke to a great manager named Shellie who was very sweet and satisfactory. Overall great experience and good Bowl of chicken and wild rice. I just wish you all still had the autumn squash soup, I ADORED the pumpkin seeds. I DID RECEIVE A WEIRD LOOKING PICKLE THOUGH! i will attach a photo of it below.
