“I come to this Panera Bread Cafe once or twice a week and have a great experience more often than not. I do not often write reviews. A young girl named Heba often helps me order my breakfast on Saturdays and she is a ray of sunshine. She is always happy to accommodate me and my mother and we are always elated to see her working. She is a breath of fresh air, as I have dealt with some very rude workers in the past. She is either genuinely excited for me to order my breakfast sandwich, or an amazing actress. Regardless, she creates a warm environment and a pleasant experience every single time. Although this cafe may not always be the most accurate, they will always be sure to help solve the issue. I highly recommend.“

“Another place with a friendly, informed employee. Ali waited on us and was very patient ( and helpful) with me, even though I didn't know what I wanted. I didn't ask but I hope he is the manager. Did I mention that he was extremely helpful? I'm not usually a big fan of fast-food employees because of the quality of service...or rather lack of.
