“From the moment I walked into detroit soul, I felt welcomed. The customer service was amazing, that's first. Then I tried the pork chops and dressing, it was sooooo good. I said to myself "is my grandma in the kitchen?!" Meatloaf, Mac and cheese, greens etc. DELICIOUS......“

“For a soul food restaurant the food was very close to homemade.The collard green were good.The bathroom left a lot to be desired. It was very nasty.The floors were sticky even in the bathroom. Overall the food was good and I would go back again.“

“Parking is in front of the building. Soul food is very good. The greens, cabbage and yams are all very good. Mac and cheese, is good as well. I’ve tried a few things and the service was good. My only issue was the fried chicken breast dinner was decent not my favorite item. But catfish is good and pork chops were good too and my go to items. Go check them out.Parking: Parking is available in front of the building.“
