“Such a great thing when everything comes together in wonderful harmony! Taques is one of those gifts! The atmosphere and the aesthetics are so cool! Relaxing, vibey, colorful, fun and the room just dances along with the food and drinks! They will have an outdoor area to dine as well when the warmer weather comes around. The service is friendly, inviting, welcoming and they help to make the experience even better! As good as that is, the food is the star of the show! Everything was delicious! From the steak alambres, to the tempura shrimp tacos, my gosh, so good! The tempura shrimp tacos will be on repeat! We also had enchiladas and the birria tacos and it was all mouth watering and satisfying! They have house made salsas, great chips and the queso chorizo dip did what it was supposed to do! There are so many items I will be coming back to try! Such a pretty place with great food and lovely, fun vibe! See ya soon!“

“I love this place so very much. This should have been reviewed by me, waaaay sooner. Tacos, quesadillas, and horchata. Outstanding. The best in the area by a landslide. Authentic, clean, and time + cost efficient. My brother put me on to here a few years back and now I am a regular. I must’ve brought at least a dozen diff people here that’s how much I love it & believe just about everyone will! “The food was great! I had the meatloaf special and it was very interesting. The meatloaf had the taste of a normal meatloaf, but instead of serving it with ketchup, it was served with gravy. I was skeptical of the combo, but it was a really great combo, especially paired with the mashed potatoes. The service was great, and all the waitresses worked together to help if the other was busy, so we were always taken care of. I will say the biggest complaint is that you will smell like the cooking when you leave the building. It was a small price to pay for a great meal.“

“I’m still new to Farmington Hills area and trying to find spots that I can make my go to and after searching and looking on their Instagram page I had to try this place. I’m 7 months pregnant and wanted to experience Taco Tuesday for once so I was VERY excited and the food was amazing, so good I actually might start going twice in one day lol. I would just recommend they keep the non alcoholic margaritas ready to go because I was pumped to try that too but they only had them with alcohol which of course I couldn’t drink so I just got a soda. Other than that I would HIGHLY recommend this place if your in the area and looking for some nice quality Street Mexican Tacos ❤️“

“Place is very small. Seems to be a place family's like. I've been by a number of times but it's always packed with kids and unfortunately today's parents are absolutely useless when it comes to taking care of their kids. So I've always just skipped it. Until today. Seemed kinda slow. So we tried it. We placed our order and sat down to wait. The chairs they have are the most uncomfortable chairs for adults you can get. No biggie. I knew ahead of time kids were probably their target audience. So we told them to just make our order to go. Once we got home and started eating we realised they made the wrong order. So we called to let them know. The manager was super nice and apologized. He gave us a credit to come back. That all said, the food we did get was very good! It wasn't processed crap like you get at Taco Bell. It was real Mexican style food at a decent price. I can definitely see why this would be a favorite of kids. If you have a family, I would definitely recommend this place. Good healthy food your kids will love. If you don't have a family, then get carry out.I can definitely see this place opening more locations and being very successful!!“

“I normally don’t write reviews, but after just spending money on a take out order that they didn’t include the chips I ordered then said that I didn’t order them, which I did because I ordered a large mild salsa. Why would I do that? so the manager , Sam, told me I could come back to the restaurant, but he would have to charge me for the chips that they made a mistake on. And even worse was, I had to wait for them to make my tostada, and when I got it home, the cheese was not even melted. It was just placed on top of the beef with no tomato or lettuce and the cheese on the burritos was cold and like rubber. I Will not go back there. The food and service was terrible.“

Some of my go-to faves: shrimp tacos, anything with beef cheek (quesadillas, tacos, etc.), taco salad, fajitas (the meal that ends up being 2-3) and anything from the bar :D I'd also like to take a moment to really commend the staff & owners: ever since COVID started, it's been extremely tough for most every restaurant to obtain/keep their staff. I know there may be times Alchile can get really busy (as there are a lot of us that go regularly) and there may be times you may have to wait longer than you'd like to get a seat (or your food/drink) but know that the staff works really hard & truly cares about each customer and you will NOT be disappointed! They are well worth the wait“

They do a heck of a takeaway business as I found out while I ate in.An avuncular gentleman greeted me well before I made it to the counter. Great sense of humor, too. He joked with the other staff when not waiting on customers.I ordered a full Chicken Greek grilled wrap. Everything is available as full or half. Full wraps are $13, halves are $10. The other sandwiches are similarly priced.Only had to wait a couple minutes for my sandwich to be made.It was mildly flavored, the Greek/Italian dressing & feta really the only flavor involved. No olives, lots of iceberg and some tomato accompanied the chicken, as well. A touch dry, too.Plenty of seating if you want to stay. They even have electrical outlets under benches so you can recharge your electronic leash, I mean, cell phone.There is a restroom but you have to go into the kitchen to get there.Vegetarian options: Salads, soups, quesadillas and sandwiches can all be had without meat.Parking: 22 spaces in front.Kid-friendliness: Unless your kids are feral beasts, they'll be fine here.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessed, no curb, double doors and an abundance of room to navigate. The beef filling was nice and hot with a decent texture. Usually, the meat is lukewarm and mushy but not on these tacos. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the sour cream just the right amount.
