“Bought my first bottle of Madeline a couple weeks ago and just finished it, I've been sipping it so I don't chug the bottle. This is definitely the best mead I've ever had and I would go as far as to say the best alcoholic beverage I've ever had. It's like they took the tears of a God and bottled them for us mere mortals to drink.“

“We have been here several times and the food and service have always been good. We will definitely go back.Kid-friendliness: Leave your kids and dogs at home. Nobody wants to see them in a restaurant anymore than we want to hear them on an airplane.“

“Update:They brought happy hour back. Great deals until 6pm. QR code system is less annoying and you pay at the end. Updated to 5 stars.Old 3 star review:They changed to a new point of sale and serving system where you have to order on your phone via a QR code on the table. Payment is clunky as you have to manually enter your credit card information. Not to mention you have to pay and tip before you receive any service. Service is usually still good but they need a post-service tipping option. No WiFi available despite needing to get online to order.“
“New Way is a wonderful bar ! Great vibes, positive energy, and you’ll feel right at home. Langston, the bartender, brings all kinds of games and keeps you entertained with his personality and magic tricks. If you haven’t stopped by to see him for a drink during the daytime, you’re missing out ! Jamie and Matt are really nice as well and they both stay working hard to keep the place looking great. Wonderful business and I will definitely be back. Thank you, New Way ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Cannot go to bed tonight without writing this review first. Sat at the bar and service was impeccable. Bartender/waitstaff really knew the menu well. Ordered the trout, beet salad, and gnocchi all of which were flavorful and texturally perfect. For dessert, ordered the upside down carrot cake and pavlova. Ate every last bite even though we were already full. We will be coming back and bringing friends!“

“Had the absolute best experience. I've frequented a few Michelin star restaurants and the Highlands definitely deserves one! Took my boyfriend for his birthday, and we both got different courses so combined we tried 6 dishes - the bread and butter is superb, loved the prawns, tuna crudo is fantastic, NY strip cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!!“

“Very nice place to eat when visiting Detroit. It has a mixed crowd. Sliders is the style of food served and bar.Kid-friendliness: It's more of a bar and restaurant. I saw kids there but wouldn't bring my young kids. Area of seating is small.“

“We have eaten dinner at seasons 52 in Troy, Michigan many times for years. We were celebrating a friend's special birthday by having lunch at Seasons 52. We didn't know they had a lunch menu. It was great: lots of choices. The service was perfect and the food was delicious as always. So glad we had lunch there today. Seasons 52 will be our celebration choice restaurant for lunch or dinner.“

“Food is always great, some of the best around Metro Detroit for sure. My only annoyance is the mystery around the tasting menu. I was there yesterday and my friend for the tasting menu and I ordered from the menu. He got more plates of course, but the things I ordered- tuna tartar, cabbage and steak were all part of the tasting menu, I just got a bigger portion size. I was hoping to have a much more variety which is why we ordered that way. Everything was delicious and service was great. Just consider the mystery of the tasting menu doesn’t really make sense if every item is just a small portion of what is listed on the menu.“
“Noah made my experience! He was so gracious and helpful. He took the extra time to make sure I had a good experience. The bar was slammed and I could tell they were busy. I had to send something back and he didn’t make me feel like I inconvenienced anyone. That’s a big win. I’ll be back ❤️??“

“First off, the everything bagel wings were so juicy that it squirted in my gfs face. Main takeaway. And very tasty, IMO! I got the peach rosemary zero proof drink, very tasty. My partner got the "deez nuts" which was fun to watch her squirm and request it hahaha She got the primavera, it was okay. Could use more salt/flavor. I got the baby kale salad that tasted pretty good but the salad items were not cut up, so it made it slightly difficult to eat, but I think that's a personal preference. I got the blackened chicken and it was over cooked but good flavor. Decent place, just some execution errors. Fast casual for right before the Nicki Minaj concert. Our server was sweet and prompt. Top notch service from everyone we encountered there“

“We dropped by on Friday around 6:30 without a reservation, but we were able to find seats at the bar, which also offers full dinner service. The restaurant is small and charming, with exceptional food and a super-friendly waitress. There's also a spacious patio with heaters and an extensive wine list to explore.“

“We had a delicious dinner with a fabulous wine list. The level of service was OUTSTANDING. Our server was wonderfully patient and helpful while we took our time matching wine pairings with our courses, and always brought extra serving pieces to our table so we could share, with out even asking—he seemed to anticipate our needs. Once I accidentally dropped a fork, and I had barely bent over to pick it up when another staff member swooped in and got it, replacing it within moments. The atmosphere was lively and somewhat noisy—it didn't bother us, but it may be an issue for some. Seating is cafe style—crisp white tablecloths, tables lined up next to each other, like a French bistro—not the kind of place you go for a dark, quiet booth. We loved it! Great food and a wonderful selection of great wines. We had a fantastic evening, and look forward to going there again.“

“This was my first visit. Once I figured out how to order, I was good, as the menu was on the wall to scan. You have to walk in, order, and pay and then sit down. They will call your name. I had the Chilaquiles and watermelon juice. It was delicious. The place has very limited seating, though. Parking is very tight. Overall, the experience was pleasantly delightful.Parking: Parking lot in front of the building is limited.“

“Can't really ever complain. The service is always great. Very kind lady who takes your order and takes interest in her customers. Is probably one of the only coney islands with great prices for food (not $10 for 1 burger) spent $21 to feed 2 people at a time where it averages $40+. Thank “

“My girlfriend and I were in town for a concert this weekend and stopped in for brunch before heading home. We wanted to visit another spot but they had a a near two hour wait and after driving around, we found Grand Trunk Pub. Thankfully they had people dining on an outside patio area they created because we probably wouldn't have noticed. We sat on the patio and I have to admit, I'd never done that in the City of Detroit. It was a great day for it too. The food was really good. I got the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito. It was ok and probably not something I'd get again (I'm picky about my chorizo.) but looking at their menu there were lots of good sounding options. My girlfriend got the Chicken and Waffles and we got the Reuben wantons. We loved them! And the Bloody Mary she ordered was insane! I'm still floored that it had a mini grilled cheese on it and a strip of thick cut bacon with it. As usual, parking is always a PITA in Detroit but if you're looking for a place, give them a shot.“

“I enjoyed my breakfast. I had a biscuit topped with sausage patty, poached eggs and sausage gravy on the side. Came with American fries and I got a coffee. My server was kind and speedy. The food was a nice portion, arrived hot, and tasted great. The restaurant is run down inside. While clean and well managed, it all needs a re-imagining. Carpet, booths, tables and chairs straight out of 80's casting. Never mind though, it's a good breakfast!“

“Have come here a few times since moving to Detroit. It's in a very old mostly abandoned industrial part of the city along the Detroit River, made better by nice new development nearby, adjoining a portion of the beautiful Detroit River Walk, and on a strip near the Atwater Grill with other businesses. Very nostalgic looking business whose interior including bathrooms have certainly seen better days, but made comfortable by the nice wait staff and VERY HOSPITABLE owner who is most always available and a pleasure to chat with. Generally speaking the food here is very good. I'd call this a must visit little foray into old Detroit, where you can get a nice meal and drinks well off the beaten path. I like it.“

“Been going there for several years. I like the service. No fooling around no loud talking, laughing out loud, just fooling around. It’s quiet, professional service, everybody working, and most of the time they got my eggs just like I like them can’t say anything negative about omega, and I always run into Brenda sitting right on the end at the counter. They know who Brenda is, but you guys might not. I’ll give omega 10 stars.“

“Barcade remains an absolute blast, especially when I'm hanging out with my 30-something-year-old son and his friends. There's an abundance of entertaining games for everyone, ensuring a lively atmosphere throughout. For beer enthusiasts, it's akin to stumbling upon a hoppy paradise; the bar selection is simply outstanding. While they do offer food, our primary focus was on indulging in games, drinks, and, of course, catching the college basketball finals on TV. Don't forget to have your ID handy as everyone gets carded – a testament to their commitment to a safe and enjoyable environment.I wholeheartedly endorse this venue, particularly for those aged 25 to 35 who will revel in the diverse array of games on offer. From pinball to high-speed driving simulators to classic Ms. Pac-Man, there's something here to satisfy every gaming taste bud and keep the fun going all night long.“

“Shut up and take my money! Cleanest, crispest, freshest oyster selection that I have ever had the pleasure to lay my eyes on. A wonderfully knowledgeable bar staff, a kitchen that takes pride in their product, I really couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience. They're happy hour offers a selection of oysters professionally shocked by someone who cares about what you're eating. And at a price point that is extremely competitive to other oyest bat happy hour restaurants in the area you can't find a better quality morsel of sweet sweet goodness. I won't name names, but there are a few bars that have lost a loyal HH customer today. and that's really all I have to say about that.“
