I just have to say that River Rat is one of our favorite go to restaurants. Always a good meal but when you boast of your fish being boneless, and believe me I do expect a couple bones regardless, but to take 5 bites and there to be a bone in every bite is just terrible. When asked how it was and I replied as to all the bones…they acted like I’ve never eaten fish before and proceeded to explain that you have to expect a couple bones…well duh!! After the fifth bone lodging in my throat I couldn’t even think of another bite. They asked if I would like something else, which of course I was just done with it. Now let me also say that the taste of everything was amazing even the fish but to have that many bones is ridiculous. Never even offered to buy our drinks or discount the dinner. I am appalled at that. Almost the whole fish was left so it wasn’t like I was looking for a free meal…so sad to say but I will probably never go back again
