“My first time, and pizza was amazing. Service was awesome. Dined alone, so 3/4 went home carry out style. Next is the Antipasto salad! My only desire is to have a vegetable option for the pizza, so I can add a couple of meat items to a “veggie lover” instead of the “meat lover” adding veggies.“

They are very polite n good prices because people are having a Hard time getting affordable restaurant food's I can order a dinner from them cheaper than other fast food places. And their grinders are off the chain even for a vegetarian we order the half party tray grinder n you can pick up too I believe 3different types that's wonderful ? they are great on deliveries, so if your saving eating here, you can throw your delivery driver a 5dollar bill. They have bills too so you pay good for good service n its the same if its bad if its not good too you let your voice be heard or how do you expect things too be get better. “Oh MAN Rocco's is the place I have searched for in vain until last year when I tried them for the first time. Since that first meatball sub I have had almost every sandwich on the menu and so far not one has disappointed! Today I had the Corner Deli and was transported to Italian paradiso! In case you non-Italians did not know, ciabatta is the Italian baguette and Rocco's bakes many fresh loaves several times per day! Usually it is still warm from the oven even if you get a cold sandwich! There is no better sandwich bread in my progenic-Italian opinion! They are in Midtown on Cass just East of Mack. Try them if you have yet to do so. You will thank the gods!“

Plus, it was on a sheet of parchment/wax paper that was completely stuck to the crust & impossible to peel off! “Alpino really showed out for the brunch soft opening. I truly enjoyed myself. The starting dishes were 2 pastry savory dishes. The squash crostata was absolutely amazing it was flaky and lite. Sorta like a warm quiche packed with savory veggies. The other was a scallop potatoes in a puff pastry that was freaking phenomenal. Then I had the German traditional breakfast which consisted of fresh baked rye bread, alp blossom cheese, a chilled soft boiled egg, speck prosciutto, apple butter ands apple jam. The other items ordered were the Colin’s Alpino Burger and the Rosti Benedict. Not only was the food amazing but the drinks were incredible also. The Nova Spritz is a amazing gin forward spritz that’s very refreshing. I highly recommend you check out Alpino on Sunday mornings. Brunch ends at 3pm. Go check them out“

“Bravo!! Delicious Neapolitan style pizza. Hits all the right notes for an East Coast transplant. Light crisp crust with just the right chew. The sauce is flavorful and not too sweet. Service was prompt and pleasant. All around a great experience!“

We started with sheep’s milk ricotta and hot honey and tuna crudo. Our entrees were tortellini di zucchini, squid ink fettuccine and swordfish vesuvio. “April 2024 - came here with 3 adults and 3 children from 6-11. The food was very good. Probably the best pickle pizza we have had. The cheese bread was good. Daughter said the spaghetti with a ln added meatball was good (7 out of 10 rating). I ordered the burger and it was good. I will try something else next time. We had Meryll as our server and she was wonderful. The patio is big and it's very nice. If you want to eat outside, I would recommend this place. Overall a very good place with very good pizza. Good place to come with friends, date or family.“

The place is small, but not uncomfortably so. There is plenty of seating, it's just well laid out in a corner strip mall footprint. The decor is very clean and modern looking. Everyone was super friendly, and right there when you needed something, a few times, before we knew we did. Two of us were craving onion rings, and we were so right to order them. They are made fresh to order, and batter dipped in the restaurant when you order them. We went on $1.50 coney dog day, and they were very good also. $30 for 3 people is very reasonable these days for sure. We'll be back to this new gem, very soon.“
