We brought 10 people in after a family event. It was early afternoon on a weekday and I imagine they weren't well staffed, but the server was pretty much perfect. Thank you so much!
Unlike the HopCat in Grand Rapids this location was very lacking. The service was slow, the host was never willing to actual talk with us so we eventually walked over to the bar after 15 minutes waiting in line. The Mac and cheese wasn't worth the price.Unfortunately this is a good physical location that is being staffed and trained poorly.
