“OMIGOSH. The best pizza and a community favorite. Their garlic bites are a family favorite; covered with Parmesan cheese and garlic butter, they are scrumptious! The pizza is one of our favorites in West Michigan.Owned by a Jenison Alumni makes it even better. Truly a community staple.No place to eat inside Palermo's, but that doesn't even affect the 5-star eating for us.(Seasonally, there is a delicious ice cream shop next door with tables outside (Frosty Treat; another delicious community staple).)“

“The food was average, bread stick were not hot and they were dry thought the prices were high. Went because we had coupons only to find that the coupons had expired a couple days before and they wouldn't honor them. Had the stuffed shells not enough sauce on them and they were not hot. We were the only customers there and the restaurant seemed unclean over all will not be going back. 25.00 for the amount of food we got seemed high“

“I’m from GA here for work and I gotta say, I visit a lot of restaurants and don’t always leave reviews but this is quality pizza right here. If you see the pictures and think it looks good, it tastes better. Fresh ingredients, soft crust, seasoned to perfection, baked just right. I definitely recommend ??“

“Our first time trying Greco's. The Pizza and Breadsticks were delicious. My only complaint is I ordered two extra sauces and I ensured she heard me. She even repeated it back to me as well. My husband picked up the order and they told him the extra sauces were in the boxes (also on the reciept). He didn't check and trusted them and they were not. Disappointed as we ran out of sauce for our breadsticks. We will still order again most likely.“

“First time here and we really enjoyed it. The bruschetta was super good. I had the confit chicken rotini pasta that had pesto and pine nuts. Not very much chicken or pine nuts on the dish for a $24 meal but it was really tasty. My husband has the salmon and said it was really good as well. We both enjoyed our wine and some gelato. We will return! Service was great and it was a nice atmosphere! Just took one star away because it was a little on the pricey side. 2 glasses of wine, 1 appetizer, 2 meals, and some gelato was over $100.“

“We've been several times since this location opened. First time was during the soft open so the service was still getting their legs under them but the subsequent visits have been very good. The food is excellent and consistent. Pizzas are very good. They also have kid options which makes it a family friendly environment. We'll keep coming back!“

“Walking by and spontaneously decided to get a pizza to take back to the hotel (Tuesday evening 5:30) . The host kindly directly me to the takeout counter. The very friendly young man took my order, everything came out perfectly. I was glad he offered utensils because I forgot to ask. We got the thin crust pepperoni - it was fantastic! Crispy edges, nice cheesy pull, great taste. Very glad we stopped. Great service and food!“

“Another great GR restaurant. We've been in twice now. If you find seats at the bar while waiting for your table expect prompt friendly service. They are definitely on top of things. Table service has been a bit mixed. Sometimes it's great sometimes you wait 15 min for salt and pepper when it's not busy enough to warrant that. On our first visit we had a delightful server, Jordan. She was a great help to me communicating with the kitchen and exploring some dinner options that I could have with my allergies. We started with the Focaccia. For dinner I decided to go with the Rigatoni w/the sauce from the Ravioli as it was allergy friendly. The sauce was nice and not sweet thankfully. I've had this dish a few times and the only thing I can say is that the Pasta is a little too Al Dente even for this Italian girl. My husband went with the Rustica Pizza. He liked it but wasn't blown away. He also ordered the Bolognese on a different night. He thought it was more of a meat sauce than a traditional Bolognese which has less tomato to it. He did enjoy it though. Cocktails and Wine selection are good. Definitely going to keep this in our rotation“

“We have always had a great experience with Palermo on Alpine since moving to Westgate a year ago. The food is always great and delivery (which is much easier for us than packing up a baby to head there) is so fast and the food is always hot and delivered safely. They always get our custom order correct, and they have extremely reasonable prices. We enjoy our “Pizza Tuesdays” with them and will continue to be regular customers!“

“The food is great. From pizza to chicken tenders to bruschetta, you can't go wrong! The real draw though is Leilani (sp?). She is FAR & AWAY the best waitress I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Been coming here every Saturday for the past two months and the way she handles groups of 15 with ease is beyond impressive. For example: last weekend I ordered chicken tenders, a bit of ranch spilled over the fries, nothing worthy of a complaint or mention. Nevertheless about 6 minutes later out comes a FREE piping hot basket of golden brown fries. She had the customer service skills and requested the chef whip up a complimentary batch. She is the reason we all come back. Constantly going above and beyond and friendly as can be.“

“We had a party of 8 and they made room for us in a timely manner. The wait staff was great. My wife's food was great and my food was good. The ribs are ok but not the best. That being said, I should have known better than to order ribs at a place that is known for pizza. Good place overall.“
