“It was perfect for a Sunday morning it was not to crowded, walked right in and was seated. Our server was Rachael. Rachael was great. Keep is informed about our order. Brought our Mimosa flight right out and our brunch was on. We ordered veggie omelet with pancake and hashbrowns. It was delicious! We will be going back, and we will be asking for Rachael she has a great personality and customer service that I suggest Rachael's section the next time 6 at the jagged fork.“

“Came here to try Detroit style pizza on the recommendation of our guide. Amazing pizza (we had the Cowabunga Supreme and Woodward white pizza and an antipasto salad). Small area for dine in. Staff were super friendly. Inexpensive and very, very tasty.“

“Visiting Detroit and was looking at food options nearby. Charlie's had great reviews and did not disappoint. The corned beef and Swiss was excellent. The fries were good also. I had the soup of the day which was clam chowder. It was very good. I saw many dishes being served and all looked good. Chicken noodle soup is definitely on my next visit. Family owned local restaurant that is an excellent choice. You won't be disappointed.“

“Got their pina (zucchini pizza), giardino (veggie pizza, and their creamy pesto pasta. Had zucchini pizza because a friend recommended it, but it was really salty for some reason. The veggie was really good! Good balance of all the toppings cheese and sauce. Loved the artichokes with it. Pasta was creamy and delicious.“

“Ate here for the first time today. Service is great w a glass of water brought to the table w/o asking. Portions are generous the food is good w very fair prices. Had the single biscuit & gravey. Bisquit was large but the gravey was luke warm at best not hot. A little disappointing which is why I gave a 4 star versus a 5. Will definitely come back to try other items.“

“Was craving something fresh instead of the typical fast food, found this place and it did not disappoint! I got a turkey grill sandwhich and everything on it was fresh! Also got a bag of chips and drink with it. Was a simple but good lunch!Only reason I put 4 stars is because when I came in, no one greeted me and their were multiple employees behind the counter. Some made eye contact with me as well but I wasn't spoken too or at least told that they would be right with me, if they were busy. So I was just standing and looking around me. I am African American and im not too sure if people like me come in often in the area! Wasn't till about 5 minutes later, a lady walked up and took my order and my encounter with her was nice.“

“Everything was very good. The salad was a decent size. The acai bowls are small and only a couple of choices which surprised me. The smoothie I had was very thick and good. The wraps looked good on the menu. They need to offer two sizes of acai bowls and either more of a variety or choose your own ingredients. They may do that but it doesn't say so on the menu.We are looking for more healthy food choices when going out to eat and this definitely fit that bill. I appreciate that in a big way and can accept the prices if I keep that in mind. But again at least offer a bigger acai bowl so someone can really make a meal out of it.“

When I arrived i naturally was disappointed because why would I be allowed to place the order if they were not available.As fortune would have it, the owner pulled up and I showed him my order and he apologized for the system allowing me to order. At first he offered a refund and then asked if I'd be willing to wait. He turned on his equipment and fulfilled my order. I was amazed as I was not expecting a refund offer today or the pizza and items I ordered.I thank you again for such above and beyond customer service, as he surely did not have to do this and by stroke of luck he pulled up when I did. “My go-to place for wraps and smoothies. This location has always been on point, whether we are ordering at the counter or for pickup. I absolutely love the peanut butter mocha smoothie. I get it with chocolate whey protein, as well. Every smoothie I've tried has been excellent, but this one's my fav. As others have mentioned, it’s best to order in person. I’m still not a fan of the decor, but that’s just the current style in many restaurants. Most importantly, it’s clean and well maintained. I still wish I could see the soups behind the counter, but as a repeat customer, I’ve sampled most all of them, so I know what they look like.I’ve been waiting for this location to open for several weeks and was excited to see them open on 1/22/2020. 5 stars ***** for the staff and food. The menu appeared varied as expected, the staff was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the food was tasty and hit the spot. I carried home spicy black bean chili mixed with sirloin chili and it was still hot and delicious 15 minutes later.My only issues are with the decor/atmosphere/construction. While I waited a few moments for my “to go” order, I noted the environment. It’s too bright and sterile feeling for me. For a soup place on a cold winter night, I’d prefer warm and cozy. Plus, I’m not a fan of the closed off view of the soups; the counter is too high and I can’t see what the daily selections look like because there is a stone counter instead of the clear plexiglass at most other locations.Overall, I’m grateful that Zoup! is back in the area at a convenient location and I’ll continue to come.“
