Chicken Wings in Livonia

“Being on vacation for graduation here in Livonia, we wanted to try things that we don't have at home in South Carolina. Chicken Guy was almost right across the street from the hotel and we thought " let's give it a try ". Marla was great with helping us at the register. The place was clean and looked great. The food was amazing ( Mac and Chesse Chicken Sandwich, Jalepeno Popper chicken sandwich, kids meal and 4 piece combo tenders). The chicken was extra crispy and flavorful. The coleslaw was amazing!! The only thing I'd say is that the fruit cup for the kids meal is messy ( lots of juice in the cup and no way to avoid some spillage when opening) but I wished we had one in South Carolina! Great food, great service, great speed of delivery and clean! Way to go“

“Been pretty loyal to the half dozen new owners over the years. What happened to me with my last order changed things for me. Ordered simple 6 traditional wings pay online. Got there the guy takes my my name. It'll be a few minutes. No worries right? I get my wings and I'm off I go. Turns put they regrouped my wings. Way to crispy and dry as a popcorn fart. Will not be back. Lots of other places that will take my money“

“Very good meal! The breast/thigh chicken was moist on the inside, crispy on the outside- flavorful and not dry at all- Tasted like chicken? The coleslaw is tangy sweet and delicious! My favorite outside of my own recipe- The mashed potatoes were eh…and why brown gravy and not gravy that tastes like chicken gravy? The potatoes have that potato flake mix flavor that I’m not a fan of- The biscuits aren’t fluffy and taste ok-- The sides were part of the meal and perfect size- Some places give you small lil sides-We plan to be back but I’m concerned because they are changing their name to Motor city chicken- Does this mean broasted bros sold business? ?Hope it makes it- Although there are more chicken places than ever, they aren’t all good- This is at the top of my list ?“

“TLDR: Amazing pizza, high-quality ingredients, authentic Indian flavors, wonderful staff!I just tried this place for the first time for lunch and was so blown away by the Paneer Tikka Masala pizza that I came back for dinner and had to order a whole smorgasbord. The pickle pizza came highly recommended to me (and rightfully so), so I had to get that in addition to their other Indian fusion pizzas. All told their paneer and their chicken is out of this world flavorful, and each of the 3 types of Indian fusion pizzas offered are distinctive, authentic, and perfectly balanced. The dough is also worth mentioning, as it is perfectly crunchy with just the right chew, and the garlic butter was amazing on that crust.When I showed up to pick up my dinner order, I was recognized from my earlier lunch pickup. I'm not sure if he was the manager or the owner, but he was definitely the chef responsible for the incredible culinary experience I just had. He asked me what I had thought of the pizza I had gotten earlier, and I told him honestly that it was incredible. He talked to me a bit about what when into bringing these pizzas to the menu, and his passion shows. Not just in how he greets and treats his customers, but also in the products they send out. At his recommendation, I tried their ranch (which is just really good, high-quality ranch) on the Indian fusion pizzas and was not disappointed.All told, this has been one of the best carryout experiences I've had in my life. The people, the food, the prices, truly this has left nothing to be desired. I hope they thrive for decades to come, as this has already become one of my favorite pizza spots ever. I can't wait to work my way through their menu. 10/10, I can not recommend this place highly enough!“
