“We visited Michigan recently and wanted to stop by here since we used to come for breakfast every weekend growing up. My son is almost 3 and they were so kind and accommodating and I’m pretty sure they could have hired him as a host, because he was saying Hi! To everyone that came by or walked in the door. Our server was great, we recognized her from being there for a long time and chatted for a little while. We will always come here whenever we’re in town, it’s still a tradition for us. It’s a huge comfort for us since surprisingly, there just aren’t small businesses like this, especially restaurants that have the co distance and longevity where we live in SC. Leo’s is definitely one of those places that makes me feel like I’m back at home while we’re visiting and I just wanted to say thank you for a great time because my son enjoyed it so much, and he loved the food!“

“I enjoyed my breakfast. I had a biscuit topped with sausage patty, poached eggs and sausage gravy on the side. Came with American fries and I got a coffee. My server was kind and speedy. The food was a nice portion, arrived hot, and tasted great. The restaurant is run down inside. While clean and well managed, it all needs a re-imagining. Carpet, booths, tables and chairs straight out of 80's casting. Never mind though, it's a good breakfast!“

“Everything was good, not great. I was basically at 3 1/2, maybe 3 and 3/4 Stars.I tried some new item, macaroni and cheese with some sweet barbecue sauce sliced brisket on top of it. Didn't really like the barbecue sauce. So so overall.The thing that really bothers me is that there's a mandatory 20% tip fee on all food. This shouldn't be allowed.I find it really annoying.They didn't even have it posted, as arguably they need to legally but even if they don't need to legally they should still do so. I just noticed since that was last there they now do have it posted.I will tell them that I'm a 25% tipper. And if they only want 20%, lol, it's okay with me.Thanks and good luck“

“We were in a hotel near the Madhouse, and went there several times. The food was terrific and the staff attentive and friendly. The baked cod was a highlight, and as we are from the Washington state coast, that is saying something. We will be back.“

“I come here once a month on average. This is a very relaxed safe environment. This family owned business truly cares about their patrons. Alex the manager once took my keys and paid for an Uber to get me home because he knew it was dangerous for me to drive. The Karaoke is great and the pool table is decent. Fun crowd seems to have an age range between 30 and 60. Very easy to come in for dinner and a drink on a Thursday and stay until 1Am. The food is very good, I like the Poutine, Cheeseburger, and tater tots. Just paid for a cheeseburger dinner, tater tots, double shot of gin and tonic with pineapple juice, and 2 Budweiser for $20. “Go early! This small place can get crammed. I had the very yummy strawberry cream cheese topping french toast, based on a staffer recommendation. All four of us ordered something different. Everything came out quick, good and hot. The chocolate-dipped strawberries with the receipt is a nice touch!“

“Look. I am not always at my favorite locally-owned steakhouse...and this chain has consistently great service here and everywhere on I-75, I-65, I-71 -- wherever I find them. Portions are gigantic, and I was in the Willie Nelson corner - pics of him WITH NO BEARD were worth the price of admission.I also like picking my own steak - and it's one of the few chains that medium rare is ALWAYS medium rare.Parking: If you are not picky about how close to the door you are, there's always plenty of free, parking-lot parking....park further away and walk some of those rolls off, why don't ya ?“

The onion rings were excellent. Not many places can make onion rings like these. Make sure you speak up when you go through the drive thru.“

“I am new to Michigan, and this is my second time having Savvy Sliders. The food is delicious. Definitely hit the spot. This location stood out because of the service. The gentleman at the register was patient, and the young lady that brought our food out was nice. My daughter didn't want cheese on her slider and when she requested another burger they obliged. They people were really nice. I've had bad experiences when taking my food back for a mistake. It was nice not feel guilty pointing out an error.“

“My mother and I, frequent this location at least once a month to spend some time with one another. Our favorite go-to, is the Haystack Tavern Double with a side of BBQ sauce and it never fails to satisfy. We often see the same servers and they treat us very well. I always look forward to our once a month visit because there are few things better than good food and good company.“
