I was determined to sample something else on their menu tonight and while the hubs was figuring out what he wanted, I started to read the reviews and was a bit shocked with a few of them. I too, have a lot of restaurant work in my background and so I paid extra attention tonight. I'm happy to report that my take out experience this evening has been stellar! My call in was handled well and without issue and was ready when I went to pick it up. I only live 5 min away (if that) and the food was really warm, well packaged and delicious. Portions are generous as far as I'm concerned-these Corktown Fries are enough for two and the they don't skimp on the portions of crisp either. I am really glad I've finally been able to get to this place and I'm sure they're on my 'go-to' list from now on.“

But the meat was also cold/lukewarm despite being under a heat lamp, which definitely affected the crispness of the roast pork skin in particular. “Look. I am not always at my favorite locally-owned steakhouse...and this chain has consistently great service here and everywhere on I-75, I-65, I-71 -- wherever I find them. Portions are gigantic, and I was in the Willie Nelson corner - pics of him WITH NO BEARD were worth the price of admission.I also like picking my own steak - and it's one of the few chains that medium rare is ALWAYS medium rare.Parking: If you are not picky about how close to the door you are, there's always plenty of free, parking-lot parking....park further away and walk some of those rolls off, why don't ya ?“
