“We love Mia's! We go every week. We have brought all of our friends and family to Mia's. They all ask to meet us there now and many have ordered desserts and food of their own. My favorite experience recently was my daughter's frozen birthday cake. She loved it so much. She kept going over to look at it during her birthday party! She was so happy. All of our guests loved it. Most cakes that are pretty on the outside taste awful inside but everyone told us they couldn't believe how delicious it was!“

“This place is "IT" for brunch! Of the handful of times we've been here either buy ourselves or with a group, brunch has been our stop 100% of the time. Can't go wrong with a good boxty and bottomless mimosas! Depending on the time, I've gotten a club sandwich/chicken sandwich a time or two as well, but their breakfast items are a huge hit! Maybe one day we'll be back for dinner/drinks, but the morning time on the weekends is definitely a lot of fun and will fill you up!“

“Exceptional location with a wide variety of drinks. We come from windsor (Canada) just for this place. The best part for us is that it's dog friendly.They are receptive to ordering food from outside and bringing it in which I admire.And best of all, you can break up a six back if you just want a single beer! “Alright, I have been to that shop multiple times and it is already established as one of my favorite ice cream places in town. I always ordered chocolate/ vanilla/ or caramel based flavors like cow tippin, praline pecan, Michigan potholes, bear claws, … and they are all phenomenal. This time, I decided to go for a fruity flavor. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake, and my mind is blown! It is amazing ! Definitely give it a try. I will try their coffee flavors next time. I am sure it won’t disappoint!Update: just one day after my review, I went again just to try their coffee caramel. AWESOME FLAVOR! If you like coffee ice cream, you should go try their variety.“

“This is my favorite place to go with my classmates after our night class! We get there about an hour (sometimes 30 minutes…sorry) before closing, and they’re always very accommodating. Jacob has served us multiple times and he’s a real gem! Friendly, and quick! “My apologies for not taking pictures. I fully enjoyed the lavender latte with oat milk. The flavor was amazing. Then to my surprise I found out the owners make their own lavender syrup, which is also for sale. The avocado toast is some of the best I've had in Detroit. On top of the avocado was diced cucumbers, red onion, and tomatoes with a balsamic drizzled on top. Believe me I am working to duplicate the taste at home! I wish there were more affordable parking options or validated parking. This will make the trip even better when I'm just looking for a spot to relax for a short while. Take the time to stop in and try the lavender latte AND buy some syrup for home.“

“The first time I got Bon bon bon was just a few months ago and I find myself making my way back any time I’m in the area. They come out with amazing unique collections that are truly worth the money, but their every day bons are fantastic as well! My personal favorites are the high tea, cake, and cereal killer. Their chocolate is high quality, flavorful, with no artificial flavors to them at all. It’s hard to find a place that makes amazing white chocolate that doesn’t taste like chalk but Bon Bon Bon goes above and beyond on this point. Their triceratops solid chocolate is the best for when you just want that pure chocolate goodness, and their white chocolate is truly the best one!The staff is also amazing, helping pick flavors that will match what the customer will like and won’t like. They are as excited about the bons as the customers, when you think of happy people working at a chocolate shop, it’s only a fraction of what they are like at Bon Bon Bon. “April 2024 - came here with 3 adults and 3 children from 6-11. The food was very good. Probably the best pickle pizza we have had. The cheese bread was good. Daughter said the spaghetti with a ln added meatball was good (7 out of 10 rating). I ordered the burger and it was good. I will try something else next time. We had Meryll as our server and she was wonderful. The patio is big and it's very nice. If you want to eat outside, I would recommend this place. Overall a very good place with very good pizza. Good place to come with friends, date or family.“

“I'm Korean American who lived in Michigan for 24 years. And this is by far the most "Authentic" Korean restaurant in Michigan.Price has gone up significantly recently but still not as much as other Korean restaurants around. This place is still about 5-10% cheaper than other Korean restaurants nearby.I've tried every Korean restaurants around but this is the one I always return to and only one I recommend whenever someone asks me for good Korean food.My business partner who's French (pictured) always asks me "Let's go to Chung-Ki-Wa" whenever he visits me here.“

This portion of strip is not revitalized yet and looks pretty rough. This is a complex of stacked up shipping containers. They are arranged in two courts areas, one roofed, the other open to the sky, with two floors, one being a balcony type arrangement. This is bar and food court operation, ordering at each station. Great. Lots of choices, nice employees, clean, bright, well maintained. Food was good. Sole issue is that the open courtyard had a huge tent in it for drinking and listening to music, and it smelled badly of rot inside.“

Also allows for a different experience. When I walked in, the entire place smelled like cookies. Which was a pleasant surprise. I found out there is a connected ice cream and coffee shop. I was absolutely shocked to see the variety of beers on tap! The bartender was fantastic. She usually works next door so she was filling in. But she was so personable and sweet. We had a lot in common to chat about and that made my stay even more fun. I was meeting up with a friend later so I had to go. Otherwise I would have stayed longer. Most definitely will come back!“

We got an everything bagel, that was hot and very good. Not sure if it’s a version of breakfast sauce on there, but genuinely one of the best drive thru breakfast sandwiches. Also grabbed a mocha blender and a blue raspberry energy something, everything was great. It’s rare to go somewhere where everything goes right.
