“If you're looking for an amazing Rum Runner look no further. They are absolutely delicious! The place has seating indoor and outdoor. They have live music with a stage area on most weekend (check schedule). Their food is good but sometimes not worth the value and it's a hit or miss with the staff but if you pack you patience it's definitely a place to check out!“

As a local, they are a go-to for delicious burgers and drink specials.They also have karaoke on Friday nights and fish fry specials including perch and coconut shrimp dinners. Unfortunately, we arrived after the kitchen closed at 9:45p, so we did not get to enjoy the food, but we'll be back! “Went to pub as a pre game stop to meet up as party of 12. Tables has been pushed together and warm welomes as we had been settled as a party of 12. Food was excellent! Has steak and fries. A great tasting steak. I ordered medium, steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. And only ten bucks! We didn't hang long but next Motor City Rockers game I go to, Jan 27th!!! Planning another pregame stop for more excellent eats and drinks, : ) Thanks again!“

“Though the outside is unassuming, the food here is absolutely delicious. You would never know that you could find some of the best American food in metro Detroit in a strip mall in Eastpointe. The spicy cheese curds are a must, and this place is known for having great wings. They also grill a mean burger. “I moved to SCS 5 months ago and have never been here before. My family and I have tried carryout from several restaurants and we always end up with Gilbert’s. Great food, service & prices. I had my daughters 1st birthday in their banquet room yesterday and I’m over the moon happy with how it turned out! The staff was super helpful and always around when I needed anything. The food was great, my guests raved about the pizza and spinach dip. I would book events here in the future without a doubt. “My friend and I sat at the bar last night and had the best time…we typically come in for pizza take out but decided to dine in. The short blonde bartender (I believe she said her name was Alison) was outstanding— quick with delicious drinks and always smiling. The bang bang shrimp appetizer is a must have, and although their pizza takes a bit longer because it’s HALF OFF on Tuesdays, it is 10/10.“

“Stopped in for a quick lunch. Greeted with smiles and seated quickly! It was lunch though so it wasn't busy. Asked the server for her recommendations and went with the chicken ceasar wrap and tater tots. She said everyone loves the tots. My food came and I almost fell over with the portion size of the tots. Ridiculous amount! ? I was thinking they loved them for the flavor or they were made in house but neither were true. In my opinion, they should cut the portion in half and at least toss them in some easy fry seasoning which is super simple and cost effective. The wrap was decent but I wished it had more dressing. That probably was my fault tho because I asked for extra feta so that dries it out some.Overall really good first impression! I'd be back to try more. Heck, I might even allow my husband to come along.“

“I have been here a few times. The food is mostly good, but unfortunately there is a handful of items to avoid. I think itd be wise to make menu changes and focus on what they do well. Fish and chips are good, cevapi is a favorite, highly recommend one of those.The atmosphere is okay, standard loud sports bar. It is pretty clean, I noticed the staff always seems to quickly help eachother pick up anything dropped.“

“First visit today. Funny this place has been 3-4 different places in the 20 yrs I've lived out here. I get tired of the same old places. Anyway Dee was our waitress, she was so nice and funny. Make sure you ask for her. We had a small shawarma pizza and the Hot Rod burger and fries. The pizza was excellent and the burger and fries equally as good. The prices seemed pretty reasonable too. Hope this time it stays“
