Horrible service so rude.They didn't even put lettuce and tomatoes on my sub when it was supposed to come with it. How do these people get hired. Got such a dirty look when I went back in to complain about it. Never be back again. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

The pizza was not good. Got it to go. Not even cut. I had to go back in to get it cut. Was not cooked all the way either. I like that this is a smaller place, but it was bad when it came to pizza. Wow.

This place is awesome if you're there for the grinders you win. if you're there to watch him game and have a beer you win. This is a unique establishment and kind of a little hidden gem. I'll be back just like The Terminator would say.

What can I say theses are some lazy people. Got a steak and cheese grinder they didn’t even put on all the toppings. Missing lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. Brought it back and the girl said we are busy. Got it on Sunday march 3 at 6:00. If the owner sees this you should fire these lazy people before u lose your customers. I won’t be back to support a business with these kind of employees. To you employees have some pride ur being paid and ur ruining the business.

I used to go to a location much closer years back. Unfortunately, it closed, so this is my first time at the Gratiot store.The inside is quite comfortable and clean, even if just waiting for an order. My neighbor had the turkey grinder and I had the crab and seafood sandwich. Both were delicious hot, and full of meat and veggies. Zero complaints about it at all.I'll be back!

When I called and asked about items that were missing on my sub, the supposed manager was rude and dismissive and told me to dispute the transaction. Then hung up in my face. I was going to treat the other colleagues here from my company for lunch but I won't. We are visiting from out of state.

The A1 steak grinder was A1...I'm not from this state but the gentleman I drive for lives a mile or two down the road. I now have this place saved to my phone, the bad part is when I'm in El Paso and start thinking of a A1 grinder, Everytime I come back to the area this is the place!
