Living in Lansing, everytime I've visited family in Southfield, THIS was our go to restaurant. Sandwiches are huge, everything is fresh to order and it's been that consistent for the over 30 yrs I can vouch for.To add: not all Bread Baskets are created equal! It's great they are expanding but some of the other locations are slacking
The best place in Metro Detroit, always fresh, clean always the same! Their hot Corn beef is so good, Pastrami is phenomenal. My favorite corn beef Swiss egg rolls delicious…, and their ray bread is something else. The best!

I Would have given 5 stars I ordered the corned beef on an onion roll with mustard and a pastrami on rye with mustard and Russian dressing the corned beef was a little on the dry side and the onion roll did not make any better because it was also a little dry the pastrami was the star of the show best pastrami sandwich I had in years it was a 4 1/2 star I will go back for the pastrami one note about the corned beef I don't think its the restaurant fault about the quality of the...read full review
