“If you come to this location at the right time. You are in and out. Only Drive-thru. The line can get ridiculous at times. But I've waited because of the type of service I've received. Staff is always professional and nice. My items are always correct. I would not recommend if you are in a rush and there is a line.“

“I am obsessed with this location. First of all they’re open 24 hours which is wildly helpful for late night workers. Second, as a vegetarian, I’ve never had this many options at a fast food restaurant and it is AMAZING. “This is our go-to spot for donuts -- Not only is it a quick drive from our house, but they also have a great product! They have so many flavors of donuts here, including the classics like glazed donuts, long johns, and apple fritters, as well as uniquely flavored donuts like fruity pebble and maple bacon. They also have coffee available, as well as a variety of cold drinks. Everything is priced fairly, and the service is always fast. I don't have donuts all too often, but whenever I make a stop here, I'm never disappointed. I'll need to visit again soon!“

“I’m not a huge donut fan, but Elias donuts has changed that for me. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff and offered a hot, fresh donut. It was so warm, fluffy and creamy. That one free sample converted me, and we ended up buying way more than we intended to. We left with huge order of staff recommended donuts and nothing disappointed. I can’t wait for my next visit!“

“I ordered my gender reveal cake from here. They did an amazing job. I needed it to taste and look great and they did not disappoint. It was 100% vegan and everyone loved it! Thank God I cut myself the 1st slice because there was nothing left to take home all of the vegans and non vegans said it was delicious and kept asking where I got it. I called just a few days before my event and they still made it happen. I will be getting all of my future cakes, cupcakes and dessert from them. Oh and they also had the best price out of all of the vegan bakeries I called to inquire about a gender reveal cake without a 3week to a month wait time.“

“I driver by here all the time. Very unassuming spot. They had vegetables, samosas and some chicken legs out when I stopped in. They do have a menu that they will make you items from. I also ordered a salad. There is a dining area. And I did see customers being waited on. But I ordered at the counter and decided to stay. The dining area could use A spiffy up. Everything I ordered was good and extremely budget friendly. They had donuts in baklava that looked so good but...diabetes lol. Nice place for a quick stop If you're familiar with the food. The person at the counter did help me out with identifying the vegetables I ordered. I'd come back again.“

“My goodness I have never had such delicious deserts in my life! The customer service was top tier, professional and beyond accommodating to my needs! Not only was the deserts delicious down to last bite but the bakery itself it's just so nice, clean, cozy and all around beautiful atmosphere. “Interior is clean and full of bright colors. There were 2 large devices for ordering. You can customize your drink however you like including sweetness of drink. I think price was a bit higher than other places I've been. I bought 4 teas and 12 donuts and it was costed same as you can have really nice lunch at restaurant. I used to have mochi donut in Japan and I was curious to try this place. I was happy that it was very similar to what I had in Japan.Donuts were light and slightly chewy. I tried all of their variety and all of them were equally good. tasted all similar though. My cheese cream matcha tea was really sweet even though I choose low percentage of sweetness. My daughter had strawberry green tea and it has small chunks of strawberries . It was refreshing and enjoyable. Staff were very friendly as well.“

“My family is not from the area, so we went there for the very first time this morning for breakfast. The man who owns and runs the place is very kind and values his customers, even remembering their orders and thinking of his regulars in getting ingredients that he loves too. Thought goes into the food, and you can tell. A woman there chatted with us and suggested trying the sandwiches, and they were delicious! “This place is so cozy and tasty. It's a great place to grab a coffee and a bagel or stock up on cupcakes for a birthday party. I have never had a better cupcake than this place! All of there flavors are amazing and I love that they have mini versions so that you don't have to commit to one big cupcake. Additionally I appreciate that they have more options than just coffee. I really enjoy their steamed apple cider! I highly recommend stopping in!“

“This place has fantastic cupcakes and other goodies. Most of the time I go there, I feel bad for making an order (carrot cupcake and a pup cupcake for my dog) because the staff seem genuinely irritated by the inconvenience. Hope they’re being treated okay by their managers!! I don’t blame the individuals at all.“

“This is the "BEST" Dunkin in the state! The customer service at this Dunkin is EXCELLENT and the staff are kind, friendly and warm. I come here every morning on my way to work and even when I am off on the weekends. They know my voice when I drive up to place my order, know my order without me telling them and always have a kind work when I get to the window! I had a cold and they would ask me how I was feeling and a kind word for better health. I LOVE going to this Dunkin and drive out of my way on the weekend just to go to this location even though I have a Dunkin where I live! “Maybe the best donut I ever had, and it was just a plain glazed doughnut. Like knock you on your behind kind of delicious. And I think what set them apart from other donuts I’ve tried was that they were able to make something so delicious without it being super greasy. They were soft and fluffy, but also jampacked full of flavor.I noticed some reviewers have complained about not having full inventory - but they make a limited number of each, which reduces food waste and I’m sure helps with business costs. I applaud them for electing to run out of something before they decide to either sell old donuts or throw a bunch of food in the trash. When I went, there were a number of flavors sold out, but still a huge number of options. So maybe call ahead if you’re set on a specific donut or be adventurous, maybe be prepared to try different flavors, or plan an early arrival to catch full inventory, but definitely try them! Yum!“

“This place is inside the Penobscot Building, through the main entrance and up the stairs. I stopped in here for lunch with some friends one day while attending an event Downtown. I got a BLT, which was excellent. The others who were with me enjoyed their sandwiches as well.
