I was desperate for a caramel frappe this morning and the first McDonald's I went to didn't have it so I went a little out of my way to this one. The line was a little long but moved super fast, the person who took my order was very polite (not something you get at places anymore especially fast food, especially McDonald's), my frappe was ready when I drove up and perfectly made with the extra caramel I ordered. Having 2 younger, picky-eater children, McDonald's has been so helpful and we have been to many in SE Michigan over the years. I have to say, this one was one of the better experiences. My order was made correctly and staff was friendly (I saw them warmly greet a few different regulars). The food was made to McDonald's expectations.
