“The first time going to this Wendy’s, I received half my order and was told to have a good day. I advised I was missing the other half and ultimately ended up handing the drive thru personnel my phone so they could complete the order. The second time going the same thing happened and I had to go inside to get it fixed so between ordering through the mobile app and the store receiving the order, something is messed up but I would ultimately return as everyone was very friendly with helping to get it fixed. It’s not the stores fault. Just know if you do a mobile order you may not receive the whole thing but no need to catch an attitude.“
“Came to the drive thru with my family and as soon as I ordered my kids meals Debbie ended my order. After I informed her that my order wasn't complete everything went smoothly. I appreciated the professionalism. The food was fresh and delicious as well.“
