“Rented the Screening Room in Royal Oak for a surprise birthday party for my wife. Very cool venue. Loved the flexibility of being able to show a movie from a streaming service rather than being limited to what’s showing af the time People raved about the food and the staff was attentive and helpful. “I was looking for a new BBQ place. I ordered a carryout of the ribs and burnt ends. Not disappointed. The ribs fell off the bone and the tips were very tasty. Nice portions for the price. Looking forward to going back to try out the drinks.“

“1st time here. I let the person at the counter know and they took the time to explain the menu to me and help me get my order the way I want it.The food portion was more than enough. Definitely not stingy with the meat!I was just about finished with the North Carolina Pullled Pork Sandwich when I was presented with a tray that had a note saying "Thank you for stopping by today" along with a serving of peach cobbler. Next to the cup was what I thought was a business card - wrong! It was a card good for a free sandwich on a future visit. Blown away. “I’m no crazy foodie but this is the best barbecue I’ve ever had. I ordered beef rib (picture) and my friend got the ribeye. I got the pecan pie for dessert too (pictured). Everything was delicious. Meat was falling off the bone tender. The corn is out of this world. My friend who is self proclaimed “not a corn person” loved the corn too. Service was excellent. The patio is a relaxing atmosphere on a warm evening.“

“Pretty good local pizza place that everyone in the area raves about. It's tasty and consistent so it gets my recommendation. I think I liked the round better than the square Detroit style. Cheese bread was pretty good as well and they make their ranch in house.“

And this is by far the most "Authentic" Korean restaurant in Michigan.Price has gone up significantly recently but still not as much as other Korean restaurants around. This place is still about 5-10% cheaper than other Korean restaurants nearby.I've tried every Korean restaurants around but this is the one I always return to and only one I recommend whenever someone asks me for good Korean food.My business partner who's French (pictured) always asks me "Let's go to Chung-Ki-Wa" whenever he visits me here.“

“Hands-down, some of the best bbq, you can get in Metro-Detroit. I know many people would disagree with me, but I like it better than Slow’s or the Woodshop, any day. City BBQ’s meat is consistently better, more flavorful, the sauces offered are interesting (love the green chile!), and the staff is always kind. City BBQ is also significantly cheaper than the other afore-mentioned bbq joints. If you live in Metro-Detroit, go try it! It’s SO good!“

“I had an amazing experience at the BBQ food truck! The smoky aroma drew me in, and the food exceeded all expectations. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the pulled pork sandwich was bursting with flavor. The side dishes were equally impressive, especially the creamy coleslaw. “Wont go the extra mile, spent over $200 in aweek , ordered a wing dinner ladt night an was late picking it up, car breaking down even called an told them, got there within the hour to pick up, got home wings were hard and cold!!!! Not real happy now“

So you might be standing in line for 30 minutes with 15 other people, get up there to order and whatever you wanted is sold out. If there's huge line, i don't even bother anymore. “I was working on a job and was utilizing their lot unknowingly. The daughter came out and asked if I was okay. After everything was cleared up, I asked if they make personal pizzas, which they do. I went inside to pay for it, and “pops” as I see people refer him as, paid for my food. That was a very kind gesture of kindness. The next time I have a job in the area, I’ll be back! The pizza was great!“
