“The place is busy on Wednesday @ 1 p.m.I was greeted quickly and by a friendly woman, shown to a seat immediately.I'd planned to get a couple of Coneys but saw the little display for Lenten specials. It had walleye on it so I never even picked up the regular menu, just ordered the sandwich straight away.While I awaited my order,I noticed several servers greeting & conversing with what were obviously regular customers. Always a good sign.My sandwich was very nice, lightly breaded and hot. I need to come back and have the dinnerThe floor was a bit sticky in spots, especially in the men's room. “Took five nephews to the zoo so we had lunch here. We got them hot dogs and french fries but I wish we could have just gotten the hot dog. Some of them didn't eat the fries at all. Could have shared them because expensive as it was it would have been nice it was a quiet Monday after school has been in session so there wasn't that many people there“

“Fantastic interior design and atmosphere. Staff members never overlook anything! You'll receive assistance quickly. A perfect example of what excellent customer service should be! I ordered a meat rice bowl (gyro) and it tasted much better than I had anticipated. It's a hidden treasure in the city. Will return more frequently.“

“Staff was friendly, and the waitress was nice and the food was amazing. No long wait time. My teenage daughter was unhappy with the choice that she made and the waitress seen the disappointment on her face. It wasn't big enough or didnt look fulfilling, so the waitress asked her if she would like something else and of course she did ( smh teenagers) she came right out and she was happy that was very kind of her of you ask me. No charge for the other dish which made my wallet happy too. Overall great place to eat and kid friendly.Kid-friendliness: They are very accommodating when it comes to the children little juice boxes cups with lids and when available crayons and coloring sheets. Understanding when it comes to the little ones being picky when dining out.“

“Probably, no, I will say... the best Coney in the city. Food is always on point. Service and staff are always awesome. I would eat here everyday if I could.Parking: It's right at Russell on the corner of Eastern Market, so on the weekends when everyone comes down to the market, it can be hard to find parking. We don't mind walking for Zeffs though.“

“I used to come to this place every two weeks with my parents. However, after going to college, it has been some time since my last visit. Nevertheless, on my recent visit, I was amazed to see that this place has added even better items to its menu. The staff is incredibly friendly, passionate about their work and patient with customers.It's not every day I get to hang out with my parents, so when we visit places with great customer service, an amazing atmosphere, and all-around good vibes, I always appreciate it. “My mom and I stopped in to pick up a carryout after running errands. Wow! The service was incredible. The cashier/waitress was friendly and took our order right away. She was cheerful and polite. Within a few minutes our order was ready to go. The other waitress walked out to-go order over to us. Very good customer service and our lunch was fantastic, hot and fresh. This is great to know since we're over in the area quite frequently. Plus, I saw in the cooler they had slices of cake and pie that looked beyond delicious. We'll be back soon to try the other goodies! Highly recommend!“

“Everyone knows you can't lose getting a burger and fry from a five guys ... Unless you live in a post covid time inflation is out the roof so bad where it cost near 100 dollars for a family of 4 to eat at a border line fast food establishment.. its not about if you can afford it or not it's about what's right and what's wrong and charging families and customers this is crazy .. five guys you get 4 stars because your quality is usually always on point but this unjustice you are inflicting on our communities by charging so much is criminal so do better this year do better“

If you were to lower your prices and speed up service this would be a no brainier.I hate to see good business' fail for silly reasons especially if it's as simple as someone giving them honest feedback.It can be difficult to give good people negative feedback. But it is important to do this, especially if we want to see businesses in our community thriving.“

“It is a little aging coney island but the level of the service and food is consistent. I have been dining there for a long time including during the COVID-19 period, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the ladies at the window and inside the restaurant were helpful, they were pleasant a d voutrous, with a smile. They had a professional and welcoming personality. Smiles back to you.
