“I’ve eaten the vegan pho every weekend for like 6 months straight. I can’t even order anything else because I feel like I’d be missing out. I use one full (or half) spoon of the homemade hot sauce on the table, generous with hoisin sauce, and a little siracha to make the BEST pho broth ever.“

“This was our first at Yma Ymas and can't wait to go back again. The food was very tender and delicious, it felt like a traditional home-cooked meal. We liked the Shanghai Lumpia so much that we decided to take some frozen pieces to go!The hospitality and the service were 10/10! “Ambiance was peaceful and beautiful inside. The outside looks like a warehouse. Our handmade pulled noodles were soft and scrumptious. Pork soup dumplings were soft, pillowy, very flavorful! Their ribs were a little too sweet, we put the chili oil on them, and they were fantastic! We started off with their green onion pancake, wow! We are planning on coming back to enjoy their other noodles and dumplings soon.“

“I dine here often, at least once a month. Always great. Except this last time on 4/29. I ordered the garlic yaki udon and my partner ordered the curry yaki udon. Our normal order. Was almost inedible with how salty it was. Only reason I finished mine was because it was $33 with my add-ons. We were both too shy to say something but please cut back on the salt. We were both pretty sick afterwards and we should have said something. Other than this one bad experience, we always enjoy ourselves.“

“Order:-Hot and Sour Soup (free, included in meal)-Crab Rangoons-Pad Thai, medium spice, with chicken, without bean sprouts.Overall, it was an excellent choice. Their portion size was large enough to make two meals worth if appetizers are included. Their Hot and Sour Soup was very good, and their Crab Rangoons were the second best of any Thai restaurant I have been to. The Pad Thai was different than I'm used to. This one seemed to contain more oil and was stickier rather than wetter. The flavor seemed to lean more towards the peanuts and spice as opposed to the usual sour. It's different, but enjoyable.“

“Talk about a meal! They never disappoint! I ordered take-out from our fav Thai spot while I was home visiting! I normally get the Thai Fai (phi) Roll but I decided on some new stuff! The Calzone Sushi was K!LLER & the Spicy Tempura Salmon & Shrimp Roll was the perfect compliment!!! My mom is always happy with her old faithful, Lo Mein lol. Though we ordered via DD, I know the service here to be amazing and fast! AND you can watch them roll sushi & prepare meals while you wait! They seem to have a great flow and the vibe is super chill! “Fantastic food. Super nice wait staff. Willing to explain the details of the dishes and give (good) recommendations. I've been to many Chinese restaurants, this one is my instant favorite. There's a dish I have been trying to find for (literally) 30 years and they had it, and the waitress was able to point out which one it was for me. On an online menu I see they call it "tossed fried chicken with dried red peppers" but on the newer menu in-store I think it was "Popcorn chicken and dried red peppers" in the Szechuan section. Loaded with fried dried red peppers and whole Szechuan peppers - awesome if you like hot food.Wife got a duck dish, and we both got some Dim Sum which was excellent. Will go back often.“

“I enjoyed the food. What's even best is the place is a short stone throw from my home. I chose the almond boneless chicken and the sesame chicken. Portions were nice size and the food was fresh. I've driven by this place dozens of times and had no clue. I will definitely be going back.“
