I submitted feedback via their website but they didn’t bother responding and clearly don’t care so I’m sharing here.The soup at Bigalora often comes like warm at best so we asked the server to make sure that it was extra hot. He brought the lukewarm soup and did nothing extra to make sure that it was hot. All 3 of us sent it back to be reheated. I ordered a salad vegan as noted on the menu and it came with eggs which I didn’t notice until I started eating. I mentioned it and the server said that he didn’t hear me request no eggs. I pointed out that I mentioned that I wanted it vegan then he said “oh yeah, my bad.” No actual apology. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered the same salad vegan and it’s come with non-vegan ingredients. This has never been an issue at their royal oak location. If you have a food allergy, this place is clearly not trustworthy.

We had a large reservation of about 30 people to celebrate a graduation from LTU, right down the street. The food was delicious, everyone kept raving about their Pizzas and especially the Risotto balls. Personally, the Bigalora Chop salad and Pistachio Pizza were my favorites. The kitchen did a great job preparing our meals and had the food out quickly, especially when considering the size of our group all while still having other customers to care for.Hunter, our waiter, did a tremendous job turning over our table multiple times and making sure our very large group had everything they needed! He was a pleasure to work with, very kind, polite, and attentive to our guests. We can’t express enough gratitude toward him!Mary, the manager was great to work with prior to the reservation, allowing us to preorder appetizers and salads. She also was there during our reservation and assisted with whatever we needed! Overall, I highly recommend Bigalora Southfield!

The seasonal kale salad was an absolute delight. We tried four pizzas and were very impressed!
Stopped in for a business lunch with a few people on a Friday during lent. I normally never eat vegetarian pizza, but since it was lent, that was my only option. They had tons of options which were not vegetarian so I’ll be back again to try those. I ordered a Funghi pizza which was basically a mushroom pizza and it was really good. We ordered some fries with cheese on them and some olives which we all shared and both were very good. One person ordered an Anchovy pizza and he said that was great. We also shared a bottle of Da Ma wine between the three of us. The service was good and it was not too loud in the restaurant so we were able to have our business meeting without the need to shout for others to hear us.I don’t have any complaints about this Bigalora location and I’ll be back again when I can eat all the non vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options on the menuParking: Free parking lot with plenty of parking available

The server never gave us his name. The first time we ordered wings we received 8 flats, there was a hair in them. When we received our second order, we once again received 8 flats. As much as they cost, we should've received a mixture. Anyway, I wasn't impressed with the food or the service.

Absolutely terrible from start to finish! Spent $100 and received a soggy mesh and not the full order. Was hung up on when called for a resolution to the company that represents Bigalora and Bigalora themselves provided no assistance! We have been going there for years.
