Captain Jays never disappoints. They fry their chicken well and it's delicious. They have always been our dinner back up when we don'T want to cook. My only concern is to quit using those small chickens. Get bigger chicken wings please.
I have only recently started going back to this Captain Jays, location #118 because of the NEWLY appointed manager, Tyron Bowens. Mr. Bowens is very respectful towards customers and his team members. I've seen him deal with customers who are high as a kite...he's polite and respectful. Customers who are loud and ignorant...he's helpful and ready to resolve issues. I went there for the first time. I got chicken breast, catfish, potato salad, and coleslaw (and two drinks all for about $23). The potato salad and coleslaw sides are in 4 ounce cups, which is okay because the rest of the food fills you up. The portion size was good and it was very delicious.
