I was there 2 weeks ago and the girl gave me one half scoop of of chicken & when I ask for more she said she would have to charge me extra for it. I paid extra for a serving of chicken that should've been free. On top of that the workers attitude was bad and the chicken was old, but when the new batch of chicken was put on the buffet it was badly burned. When I was paying for my food I noticed that my side of sour cream and queso wasn't being bagged, the girl let out a noise of disgust and irritation because the line was backed up. I will NEVER EVER go to the telegraph 12 mile location again. They don't know how to treat the customers.

The service and experience I had at this Chipotle alone is the sole reason I downloaded Yelp, to ensure that all potential customers avoid this store at all costs. Firstly I placed an order for food at approximately 7pm, I arrived to the store around 7:15, and waited, finally around 8:00 I decided to ask the staff where my order was, which they hadn't even begun making! I didn't leave the restaurant until 9:15pm with my order. The service staff was rude and unhelpful, this is by far the most awful dining experience I have ever had. They spread an ungodly amount of sour cream on the bowl and pretty much ruined the meal too. For future reference to all Chipotle customers, order from the Bloomfield Hills location, its worth the extra 5-10 minute drive to not wait two damn hours for your food.

I placed an online order for dinner. Walked in at the time that was stated on the app. Not one employee said hi, acknowledged my presence, nothing. They continued to take walk-in after walk-in after walk-in all while moving at a glacial pace. Everyone looked mad. 20-ish minutes of standing there my order finally came out. Poor. Poor. Poor. I'll use Qdoba next time - or anybody else.

Went to get food at 9:30 and the service was not good. asked for a burrito and they didn't made it properly. They were rushing and didn't close the burrito properly making it very hard to eat.

This location is dirty, the food is cold and small portions. I ordered online so I had no idea this location looked like this. I had a $57 order that looked like left overs. They were 30 mins behind on the quoted time and the line was to the entrance; service was extremely slow. Also there is no point talking to management or corporate. No one wants to be accountable for this location. What poor representation of this food chain. We order all the time at work I have never had such a poor experience.

They’re either out of items or they’re only taking online orders, so you walk in the store and they will not take your order. If that’s the policy POST IT. They’re now as bad as the one on Evergreen. Tonight was my last time patronizing any Chipotle in Southfield.

We walked in and a nice gentleman said something about a wait time. A lady from across the room started screaming at us. ITS GONNA BE A 35-45 MINUTE WAIT! I HAVE CATERING ORDERS THIS MORNING! FOR SOME STRANGE REASON MY GRILL WAS OFF! I said its ok, I just couldn’t hear him. She yelled, YOU GOOD! I looked at the gentleman we looked at each other and walked out. She was literally screaming at us. We only came because the Evergreen location was closed. I’m speechless. The rude disrespect. Totally uncalled for. Will never come back to that location. Do better.

This location is always understaffed, and always out of key items. And their online support is useless. You can’t contact anyone to resolve any issues. And some of the rice grains are hard, which is just gross. Every single time. And I have no idea what this is thing is that I took a photo of is, but it got stuck in my throat.
