I have had multiple orders cancelled at this particular restaurant. Jennifer, one of the managers was empathetic, and recommended I talked to the owners, Jeff and Lisa. They were absolutely vile. They yelled at me, Jeff's body language was incredibly aggressive, Lisa called me an annoyance and said I was loitering. I never raised my voice. As this was happening an elderly gentleman came to pick up his pizza. He mentioned it was cold. They began to yell at him and when he asked for his pizza to be remade they tried to charge him for two pizzas. Jeff, in a sarcastic and condescending tone, told me that maybe I hadn't noticed but there was a pandemic going on. I even asked if they were feeling okay, because they were so demonstratively upset, and offered to come back another day. Plus, Jeff was bouncing around in an agitated way that made me nervous. After Lisa started yelling at me and I asked why she was being rude when I just came to talk about the poor customer service I received, Jeff slammed the door in my face. I will never eat their again, and I'd recommend others don't reward their poor behavior with patronage either. I attempted to call the corporate office, but their customer service voicemail is full. I plan to email their corporate headquarters, and will follow up with this until this behavior is addressed. That type of behavior should not be tolerated, owner or not.
