Ordered inside the building. They were out of strawberry banana smoothie mixture. Drive thru is usually pretty fast though. Only thing I didn't like was the 2nd worker came in and her 2 kids were walking around behind the counter where the donuts/bagels were. I understood babysitting issues but they must sit down at the table
Went there because we like the flavors and passed 4 ice cream parlors on the way. It was drive thru. Service was mediocre, got charged for an extra scoop of ice cream, and got the wrong flavor. And that's the "scoop"

I have mixed feelings about this particular Dunkin' because the customer service is always spot on but the drinks never are. There's always too much of something, or not enough of something else. Also, their latte machine is almost always down and that's a bummer. However, I still find myself frequenting this location because I live nearby. The inside is always clean, and the drive thru moves really fast.
