“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“I just kinda happened by as I was driving around looking for a spot to have lunch. The two guys in there were so friendly and the one said “I make you the best sandwich!”. I had a meat Shawarma and it was really really good. I loved the veggies and the meat was nice and juicy. I asked for garlic sauce on it and it was so good. While I was waiting they offered me a falafel and it was one of the best falafel I’ve had. Definitely gonna order that next time. Oh yes I will be back.“

“This is absolutely the best Mediterranean restaurant in the state of Michigan. Their chicken swarma is phenomenal it is never dried out always fresh with homemade phenomenal garlic sauce. The humas is the best I've ever eaten. The tabooli salad will knock you out.You will not find a better Mediterranean restaurant.Thanks for the great food great service and fair prices. The owners will be successful in this location because they are customer friendly and they deliver what they claim to be the best chicken swarma Anywhere.“

“Food was delicious!!! My hubby got the chop cheese, and I got the blazin burger. They both tasted GREAT. It does get a little busy, and customers can get a little irritable, but the staff did a good job of managing the high demand with good customer service.“

“Looking from the outside, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this restaurant, but mind you, that was some of the best shawarma I have had near the city in a long time, and I live in Dearborn. They are quite clean and very friendly service as well which made the experience so much better. If it’s take out or just a quick lunch, definitely recommend this spot!“

“I ordered for the first time Wednesday, 1-10-24, from the new Waterford location. I got the lamb korma, some Naan, raita, and a mango Lassi (carryout). It took me a good twenty minutes to find the place because there was NO signage! My Lassi was warm and the rice was cold. Luckily the lamb was hot enough to warm the rice. I will definitely order again because the food was so good, but seriously, no sign?!“

This hole in the wall had one of the best rotisserie chickens I've had in a while, and the toum and pickles made it a perfect bite. “Tried this specific branch couple of times and food was amazing, tasty, crunchy, yummy. Their online order is easy and good overall, however, there ain't a lot of options to customize your online order, especially when it come to big party orders.Vegetarian options: They have cauli burger.“

“I love this new store and the owner but the only problem as of now is his out of town and the person who he picked to run the place in his absence is doing a horrible job he opens late the owner is open by at least 7:30 this person opens after 10:00 or by 12:00 every day and he closes by 4:00 or 5:00 p.m and on Sundays the only thing that is closed with in the market is the restaurant and as of lately the whole entire store is closed on Sundays which is crazy last week i badly need medicine and when i walked around there it was closed again just like it is today it is now 12:56 and the whole entire store is closed the owner is not closed on sundays what is going on they are seriously losing business and money because of this person everybody has been complaining since the owner is gone and this includes myself to the owner please hurry up and come back at 1:10 i was walking back to my house and the store was still closed the pictures are at the bottom this is absolute madness“

“Out late and wanted to grab a bite to eat. I ordered the chicken fries and a 6 piece wing w/ lemon pepper. As this is a food truck, there is only a parking lot, so no atmosphere except any present company. After placing the order, one of the employees brought out the food and said thank you for coming there. The wings were smaller than I would've liked, but were cooked perfectly. sprinkled with a generous amount of lemon pepper (which I love). The chicken fries come with grilled onions and green peppers, nacho cheese, jalapeños and topped with hot cheetos. When I say these are the most flavorful fries I've EVER had, I mean it!! Everything was perfect!! I added the leftover lemon pepper and took it up another notch with a citrus kick. Short story long... I'LL BE BACK!! Definitely a banger“

“I been going here for over a decade. We have our favorites. My wife and the kids love the Philly cheese steak sub and I love their Buffalo wings. Their onion rings are great too especially if you love the onion chunks. Cherry on top is everything is halal! Alhamdulillah“

“Customer service was great! The cheese and zaatar manakeesh weee very big and decent! The fool was very flavorful and feta as well. I wish they made tea fresh instead of the tea bags, but otherwise great food and great customer service! The environment was very spacious as well.“

So, I was very excited to find a Halal pizza spot close by.The customer service was excellent, and my pizza was still hot when I made it home. I ordered the deep dish, and really enjoyed it. “We got here right as they opened. Kind of an interesting setup. It’s a food truck permanently parked with an indoor dining area. Ordered a couple of sandwiches and their egg rolls. The food did take almost 30 min to come out. Don’t know if they weren’t ready when they opened but the food was good. Their crab Rangoon egg rolls were really good but their 3 cheese egg rolls were the best. Don’t let their half filled egg rolls fool you, they’re crispy and cheesy and the dipping sauces are great. Take a lactaid before you come, the cheese hits hard.“
