Placed a Rapid Pick-Up order on a Saturday morning. My order was ready only after ~4 minutes of placing it and I was greeted by friendly staff and promptly assisted with an additional item I needed. I only gave 4 stars as I requested my bagel be toasted twice/toasted well and it was only warmed. Overall, great atmosphere and quick service!

They don’t care. Ordered this Frontega sandwich, part of a take out order. This is how I got the sandwich. No, I didn’t already eat half of it.Why are you working there if you don’t want to make the food?

I ordered a bread bowl, a bowl of another soup and a cookie. I was charged $50.00. I did not get a cookie (they were all out) but sent no substitutions. I was to receive a side of fruit, didn't get that. Even worse I got the soup for the bread bowl but didn't get the bread for the bowl.

You call this a sandwich? I payed 12$ for bread. I ordered the smokey buffalo chicken melt, i payed extra for parmesan cheese and it wasn’t added, i asked for cilantro and they added one piece. As the picture shows how stingy they are with their portions i barely got chicken or buffalo sauce. Bread was stale, dry, and burnt.. it took all the muscle in my mouth just to be able to bite into the sandwich just to end up biting into disappointment.

Anyone who has been going to Panera for a while knows the quality has gone downhill. I think my son put it best, "expensive cafeteria food."It's mid food at goat prices.

Nice and quiet and peaceful.The food, service and atmosphere were great. If you want to relax and enjoy or do a little work on your computer, this is the place.
This place used to be so good. It's horrible, they never get the orders right, the staff are inattentive and grumpy, the food is awful. If I could give zero stars, I would. They don't even use Panera branded bags. It's like a plastic trash bag. So sad.

Today was a rainy cold day to travel out for comfort food. Panera Bread was a perfect stop with a drive-in option without having to venture out into the elements. Accuracy matters especially in the drive through. They got my order right! Tidings of comfort food was the craving! The pick 2 option hit the spot. I chose the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Warm Bowl and the Creamy Tomato Soup. Both were delicious and reminded me of my childhood/youth comfort food. These came complete with croutons and baguette bread. The only thing that could have improved this meal would have been warm bread. The Panera Bread app is worth the rewards and offers. Today I claimed a FREE cookie for my birthday! This made me happy I love that Panera Bread donates their unsold baked goods to feed our neighbors in need.
