I ordered a BLT sub and they gave it to the wrong guest, while standing in line, I watch that guest dig through the sandwich before bringing it back to the girls behind the counter. When the girl handing the subs out asked the prep girl where my sub was, she said that she had already given it to her and since the other customer brought it back minutes before, it was sitting on the table behind them. They both walked over to it while it was opened it to verify that it was a BLT sub then tried to give it to me. That’s so gross.

This is the second time I've ordered Potbelly from this location and it wasn't ready for pickup. This time, I ordered a sandwich with tomato and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. What I got was a sandwich with no tomato (I know they didn't run out bc my husband's sandwich got the tomato on it) and a double chocolate cookie. In addition, when I walked in to pick up my order, the bag was on the back counter. I let them know I was here for my order, an employee taped it up and then just walked into the back room without a word, leaving me completely alone in the restaurant for 5+minutes. This was already 10 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready. Finally a different employee came out and I had to request again for my order to be given to me. For how few orders they get, I'm amazed at how slow they are, the mistakes, and the lack of customer service.

Terrible experience here. Employees don’t want to be there. The tall kid putting the toppings on the sandwich doesn’t care to put more than two pieces of lettuce or 2 slices of tomato. If you don’t like your job don’t make other people’s lunch terrible. Go get some help you clowns. I also asked for a bowl of soup and they scooped every last bit out of the soup tin and my bowl wasn’t even half full but they said itd be a 10 minute wait if I wanted the bowl filled. You can’t make this stuff up

Terrible customer service.They sat there ignoring me and talking about getting tattoos with their tax returns. She finally made my food, started sweeping with the same gloves then went and made food with the same gloves for the next customer. I ended up getting sick before I got home... Maybe it was the cleaning supplies... After I got the "Approved" message on the credit card reader the cashier said "Oh, it didn't work." She swiped what appeared to be a gift card and it printed a balance stub for what appeared to be a refund? To her own card? She rang up the whole order again! I again got the "Approved" on the card reader. My bank shows two withdrawals for the same amount. THAT IS THEFT! I INTEND TO REPORT THIS TO THE AUTHORITIES!
