So I have drove by here at least 100 times in the last 2-3 months. I have wondered, I have mentioned it to the boyfriend, and I always kept going cause they looked so busy. Tonight we stopped!! It was so worth it, I thought I had ordered something other than what I got, (I did order what I got) but they offered to get me what I wanted to order, I'm so glad I said no I will eat this, (the Carnita Torta) it was amazing and so filling. I can not wait to try something else. Let me mention as well it was within an hour of closing and we were welcomed in as if they just opened. (That is so impressive these days.) Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The price was right, the food was amazing, and the service was so welcoming I felt like I had been going there for years, come to find out they just opened this past May 2022. Panchos really reminded me of a place I went to while in Cabo... Keep up the great work. We will be back sooner than you think cause they are open for breakfast too. If you haven't tried Panchos yet, stop what you are doing and go! Go for Breackfast, lunch or dinner! You will not be disappointed.
