“Wow, this place is a hidden gem! We were impressed. My husband and I came here for the first time for dinner. We ordered the crab stuffed salmon and Drakes chicken boursin (suggester by the server). They were really good! The asparagus was very delicious, and the bread and butter were amazing. I should have gotten more asparagus lol. The server was very warm and friendly. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. We'll definitely be back!“

“This is just the perfect small town diner. It's been around for over 50 years! The food is fabulous and the staff is great! I had the Minnesota Burger. It has wild rice, mushrooms and cheese. “Food was good .I would stop again .it a hopping place on Saturday &Sunday. We had to wait for a table bit it worth it.we only waited 10.min. the owner waited on us.he was a hoot.we got there at 10 ish.but he open at 5am both days .Parking: Along side of the bar&grill.and a small parking lot across the street.“

“We heard that Upper Deck was a great place to go for some good food and reasonable prices. The food was actually VERY good. We got the buffalo style cheese curds as an appetizer, and not only were they perfect and delicious, it was a huge basket full of them, with sides of ranch and marinara. SO good! We also got a reuben and another sandwich, and both were JUST right, along with waffle fries, and a tasty side salad. The food was right on the money, the service was excellent, and this place is a hidden gem of a local bar/restaurant. We will be back, often.“

“Went here on a girls night out for bingo. There were 8 of us and the service was amazing. The waitress was full of enthusiasm, beamed happiness and was natural at small talk. The bar was packed (every table and seat at the bar was taken) but you wouldn't have known based on how quickly and perfectly everything we ordered was taken care of.The drinks were quickly made including mixed specialty drinks. The appetizers came promptly and the main course was delicious and hot. Everyone's meals and drinks were delivered at the same time. I had the brisket and it was incredible. It was perfectly cooked and I had enough to bring home for leftovers.“

“Have driven by this place numerous times and haven't figured out why we never stopped. The food was wonderful, the service was fabulous and sitting outside by the river was beautiful. Had their chicken tenders and they were super delicious. A very thin coating and seasoned very nicely. The fries were so good, they didn't need ketchup. My husband had the fish and chips and he said everything was extremely good. Our server was very nice and lots of fun. She made our first time visit (but certainly not the last) very enjoyable!!!“

“I absolutely love coming to Pesty’s to eat and have a few cocktails and love the staff. But this is the absolute worst place to go for a meat raffle. Unless you are waving your money in there face you will never be acknowledged. This has happened more then once. Cathedral I’m disappointed I thought you’d be better but you proved me right.“

“I have been going to Bo Diddleys for over 30 years and Bo Diddleys subs are the best except for the fact that they switched to Miracle Whip from the traditional Mayo. I remember them trying this switch years ago and they did end up going back to Mayo. At least give us a choice between Miracle Whip and Mayo. Remainder of menu is great.“

But in all honesty I haven't found anything on the menu I don't like. Including drinks. Service does seem to sway depending on who is working. Some of the wait staff is great, some of them could improve. Ambiance is a typical bar, with tables. I do like the seating outside when the weather gets nice.“
