“I absolutely love coming to Pesty’s to eat and have a few cocktails and love the staff. But this is the absolute worst place to go for a meat raffle. Unless you are waving your money in there face you will never be acknowledged. This has happened more then once. Cathedral I’m disappointed I thought you’d be better but you proved me right.“

“My friends and I come here regularly for bingo on Wednesday nights. The servers are really great and remember the regulars. The food is absolutely fantastic and very delicious. They have some TVs up and they have a lot of different seating options to suit everyone. The parking can be difficult on Wednesdays, so watch out!“

“Went here on a girls night out for bingo. There were 8 of us and the service was amazing. The waitress was full of enthusiasm, beamed happiness and was natural at small talk. The bar was packed (every table and seat at the bar was taken) but you wouldn't have known based on how quickly and perfectly everything we ordered was taken care of.The drinks were quickly made including mixed specialty drinks. The appetizers came promptly and the main course was delicious and hot. Everyone's meals and drinks were delivered at the same time. I had the brisket and it was incredible. It was perfectly cooked and I had enough to bring home for leftovers.“

“This place has always been a favorite of mine since moving to St. Cloud from Oregon. Every time I come I try to get some thing different, but end up going back to my favorites. But in all honesty I haven't found anything on the menu I don't like. Including drinks. Service does seem to sway depending on who is working. Some of the wait staff is great, some of them could improve. Ambiance is a typical bar, with tables. I do like the seating outside when the weather gets nice.“

“Food service and atmosphere is always great. There are times that service can be slow, however, that's only when it is packed, and at that point you really can't fault them. St. Cloud downtown stable. Plenty of good memories. If you haven't been there, check it out.“

“We heard that Upper Deck was a great place to go for some good food and reasonable prices. The food was actually VERY good. We got the buffalo style cheese curds as an appetizer, and not only were they perfect and delicious, it was a huge basket full of them, with sides of ranch and marinara. SO good! We also got a reuben and another sandwich, and both were JUST right, along with waffle fries, and a tasty side salad. The food was right on the money, the service was excellent, and this place is a hidden gem of a local bar/restaurant. We will be back, often.“
