It has become a go to before workouts for me with the delicious teas and an even better post workout stop for a deliciously clean and healthy shake sourced from local STL company, 1stPhorm. Rebecca is fantastic. She does everything possible to ensure you have the same positive experience whether it’s your first stop or a daily “fix”. There are other options for protein shakes and teas in the STL area, but none of them compare to the experience at Fired-Up. Highly recommend.“

I got mine with coconut, mocha, and praline. An unusual combination that tasted amazing. My cousin tried the mint mixed with Oreo and loved it. They have so many flavors and preset specialties that will keep you coming back.The oatmeal cookie ice cream cookie sandwich is also a must; the cookie itself was perfection.Love this place!“

He did our party and other sales. How he managed that I will never know. Because the kids were coming in left and right. I was excited that this business had sonic the hedgehog ice cream. But they exceeded my expectation on the variety of treats. We purchased bracelets for our party guests so the driver could know they were with the party. It worked out beautifully. “A very adorable and VEGAN friendly boba tea/ Taiwanese shaved ice in Central West End area. I really liked that their menu is very clear about dairy and non-dairy items. Small space but good vibe. Service was phenomenal. The girls working here were super sweet. I got the mango paradise ( mango and pineapple shaved ice with fresh mango and condensed milk on the side). It's very fruity and the sweetness was just right to my liking. I absolutely loved it. I want to try their dairy base ( taro/matcha) next time I come here. We also got the wheel cake with custard, but you can choose other fillings such as red bean or custard with Oreo.I also grabbed a sea salt matcha cream foam with green tea base to go. Overall, I was very happy with all of my orders tonight. Street parking can be tricky due to location in CWE. We definitely will come back again. Highly recommend!“
