“I was super excited to finally try Berry Box! They are conveniently located inside of my gym (also in the Foundry). I stopped by for a coffee after my workout and I'm glad I jumped in line before the post-class rush. I ordered the Berry Box late which had blue spirulina and blueberry syrup. I ordered oat milk and was surprised it was an $1 upgrade I haven't seen that in awhile. The girl who rang me up also left my cup on the counter a long time too while helping and serving other customers behind me. When she got to making mine it was worth the wait! For a healthy coffee with add ins it didn't taste chalky which I definitely appreciate. And I love the mantras on the cups. They are still really new and working out some kinks so I'm sure I'll be updating this review really soon.“

“Delicious smoothies, great location in the financial district. Ordering ahead is not totally perfect, I ordered curbside pickup but they only had 2 employees working and they were extremely busy with other orders to answer the phone. I know it’s not their fault, but maybe management can work on their scheduling better so they have more staff during morning rush hours.“

“One of the few reasonably-priced options in the area that's open on Sunday! Staff is friendly & efficient. Food is fresh and made to order and took just a couple minutes. I appreciate having the calorie content on the easy-to read wall menu. The "flatbreads" on the menu are actually folded in a soft, grilled bread resembling naan or pita. My chipotle flatbread was generously stuffed with chicken, bacon, tomato and tangy sauce. Not much heat at all. Blueberry bliss smoothie is light and fruity. Both were super tasty. There's cozy seating inside and out, but no shade on the metal chairs outdoors (ouch.) Metered street parking, and easy walking distance from the Ritz-Carlton. Room for improvement: 1. there are two single-occupancy bathrooms, marked MEN and WOMEN. There's no need for these to be gendered. 2. no recycling available, and drinks are in foam cups (which I can't recycle at home either).“

I had the duck sh*t tea and he told me the history of why it was called that. Plenty of street parking abd there places to sit inside.“

They have the best tasting coffee, tea, and a variety of other drinks that you’d expect to find from a full-service coffee bar along with the freshest baked items which are made from scratch on site and decorated to perfection. “We added our name to the wait list before arriving. We came during the time suggested and the place wasn't crowded as I thought it would be on a Sunday afternoon. Maybe we beat the rush. Parking wasn't bad since it's a shared lot. We sat immediately in the bar area. Cons - Our server wasn't attentive, which we didn't require a lot, but it would be nice to have someone check in every now and then. We practically had to yell and wave our hands to get her attention. The water glass appeared to be a bit dirty. Pros - The food was delicious. Hats off to the kitchen staff because everything was cooked perfectly. My mimosa was good. Not too much juice, which is how I like it.“

“I made it a requirement to return and sample other dishes on the menu after my initial meal here. I've probably been here three times in the last two weeks. I strongly advise including the vegetarian patty along with the salad (P22). In addition to being a good value for the money, the salad's crunchiness complemented the tasty flavor of the hand-made patties. The majority of the menu items include a vegan option, and they range from smoothies to soups and bowls. The service is excellent here. If you're looking for a quick bite, they're happy to answer any queries and the turnaround time is rapid. The atmosphere is excellent. The site is hidden behind an AMC theater, but once you enter, you'll notice the indoor seating, refrigerated beverages, and a menu with a list of the large variety of food they provide.“

It has become a go to before workouts for me with the delicious teas and an even better post workout stop for a deliciously clean and healthy shake sourced from local STL company, 1stPhorm. Rebecca is fantastic. She does everything possible to ensure you have the same positive experience whether it’s your first stop or a daily “fix”. There are other options for protein shakes and teas in the STL area, but none of them compare to the experience at Fired-Up. Highly recommend.“

I will say they go a little heavy on the greens so I would request less. They serve the wrap whole and I couldn't cut it in half because there was so much lettuce. My daughter had the protein balls and a smoothie. The smoothie was great consistency. The protein balls are date based not nut butter based. I thought they were delicious.“

“I love this place and the smoothies and food are always amazing , but today i got rang up for an extra smoothie that i did not want or need. I'm not upset about this because i used to work in fast food and understand mistakes happen, but i am upset that i was told it can't be refunded. They did give me that smoothie and said i'll receive a free smoothie next time i go in but, i purely just wanted that 1 smoothie refunded. I was going to doordash it but it was too expensive and the whole reason I went in person was for it to be cheaper , but that extra smoothie that was rang up made it just as expensive as if i had doordashed it.
