“We added our name to the wait list before arriving. We came during the time suggested and the place wasn't crowded as I thought it would be on a Sunday afternoon. Maybe we beat the rush. Parking wasn't bad since it's a shared lot. We sat immediately in the bar area. Cons - Our server wasn't attentive, which we didn't require a lot, but it would be nice to have someone check in every now and then. We practically had to yell and wave our hands to get her attention. The water glass appeared to be a bit dirty. Pros - The food was delicious. Hats off to the kitchen staff because everything was cooked perfectly. My mimosa was good. Not too much juice, which is how I like it.“

“We went for Mother's Day Brunch. There were 7 of us, including 2 children. The food and staff were amazing. It was very quiet in the restaurant, however. We could have used some light music, I think. Also, mimosas or coffee drinks should be included for the price of the meal. The drinks were a bit overpriced. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and it was delicious. We all went home full and happy.“

We got da picky burgers, a black bean burger, three kinds of fries (Cajun-delicious and quite spicy, sweet potato maple garlic, and lemon pepper), and lemon pepper chicken poppers. “Britt's bakehouse is a treasure for the celiac community. Everything is incredible and the fact that the facility is dedicated gluten-free so no fear of getting cross contamination is amazing! All staff are so friendly. They do so many weekly specials and seasonal goodies that I truly have stopped feeling like I am missing out on all of the gluten containing versions of treats. Worth every penny!“

“I stopped at Dewey's for lunch and was thoroughly pleased with the service the food in the atmosphere! I couldn't decide between pizza or solid so I ended up getting both the house salad was absolutely phenomenal! And was even more thrilled when the pizza came out, it was very aromatic and the toppings were all colorful and fresh looking! “I would put myself in debt to eat this food, It's so incredible the head chef is brilliant, and the staff from the front of the house to the back make the entire experience a joy. the wild boar and polenta is writing home about worthy, and the tirimisu makes me emotional... the pizza is literally the only pizza in st louis worth eating and I'm from Chicago so I feel like my opinion is extra valid lol. there are a ton of "fancy restaurants" in St. Louis but table cloths and wine selection don't mean crap when the menu of a reasonably priced pizza joint makes your food look like McDonald's by comparison.“

“We were very well served, everyone was very friendly. The latte was delicious and our dishes were very tasty. The only problem is that it's a small place and when it's busy, you can see the pressure to leave your table quickly, from the looks of the customers in line.“

“Sucrose is the best bakery in the greater St. Louis area. Period. Their staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The locally roasted coffee (Blueprint) is fantastic. They also have plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions (GF, dairy free, etc.). In the dozens of times I have gone here, I have never had something that was not fantastic. The quiche lorraine, NY coffee cake, blueberry muffins, and macarons are some of my favorites, but that list is much, much longer. Treat yourself and go on Saturday mornings when they really go all out. Bacon, cheddar, and caramelized onion croissants, sticky buns, whole loaves of bread, amazing specials using ingredients from their garden, and so much more. During the holidays they sell whole pies and other desserts. Their apple pie is truly special and I will continue to buy it every Thanksgiving. I have been going there since they were at their old location (and also had a different name- Four Seasons Bakery), and will continue to frequent their establishment until I am no longer physically able. “Such a clever set up for a restaurant! You can order right from your seat online or you can see the counter inside. The food is fast and delicious, and also consistently good unlike some restaurants. We will definitely be back for dinner and drinks.“

“Fitz is a local burger root beer & ice cream store with two locations. It's very popular for their outrageously large floats.My lunch visit was at their Delmar Loop location off the WashU Campus. I was seated quickly once I entered. My friendly waitress had menus and got a drink order. The dining room was full on my weekday encounter. Everything appeared clean.My order was a single cheeseburger & fries. I asked for a recommendation on a few floats. I settled in on a S'more's cherry soda float. I decided on an app last second and got the pretzel bites.My float and pretzel bites hit within 5 minutes or so. Wow, it was both stunning and intimidating. You cannot let this monster melt. So I was all over it in a bit of a frenzy. The pretzel bites were so good!My burger and fries hit within 10 minutes, or so which was excellent! However, I felt compelled to stay on top of the float to get it under control. The burger was just ok, was lukewarm by the time I could get to it. Fries were ok. “This was a night out with my brothers and friends. We enjoyed the atmosphere. The drinks were okay. The bloody mary was simple, not much zing to the taste. It was kind of bland. Our server was polite and friendly. We were treated to vocals from retired football tight end Jackie Smith. He sounded great that night. A nice place for dinner or just cocktails after donner.“

“This restaurant has outstanding Italian cuisine. The food is delicious and its presentation is pretty as well. We went there on a Saturday evening with friends and had to wait around 45 minutes. I don't know if they take reservations in advance. It is well worth the wait though.“

“I made a lunch reservation online for my mom's birthday about a week in advance, they made sure to accommodate all special requests that were submitted along with it. The hostess and our waiter both wished her a happy birthday upon greeting us and sat us in from of the window as previously requested. We ordered crispy Brussels sprouts and a couple sandwiches to share. Everything was served in a timely manner, courses were spread evenly apart. The atmosphere is light, open and spacious. I absolutely love the floor to ceiling windows and all the natural light. We had a great time and they gave us a complementary birthday treat. Our waiter made a point to ask if we were members of the museum and applied our membership discount to our bill. I thought that was extremely kind of him especially because I did not realize that was a perk and wouldn't have known to ask. 10/10“

“Sugar and Slice is my absolute favorite bakery. They made our wedding cake and dessert bar for our wedding reception. The desserts are so delicious and we’re such a big hit. Everyone complimented them and loved the dessert bar idea. Sugar and slice was so easy to communicate with and handled last minute changes like adding our dog to the cake. They did an amazing job and were so much fun to work with!“

Caesar salad had a hint of mustard flavor, but no anchovy flavor. Chicken Teresa was very tender, cut it with my fork. The white pasta with my chicken was good. Had a garlic flavor to it. The section of meals to choose from was large, plenty for anyone with any dietary restrictions. The employee working the Brentwood location was friendly and helpful. The two meals I had today were great. I really enjoyed the honey mustard chicken meal. Perfect portion sizes. Great flavor. I love that everything is labeled nicely. “We made a trip to St. Charles, MO in August 2023 to ride the Katy Trail. The Bike Stop Cafe was the perfect choice to help us with the trip. They were so helpful in so many ways. Jodi got us to Clinton, MO for us to start our ride back to St. Charles. St. Charles is a cute little town to stay in, so many shops and restaurants right by Bike Stop Cafe. We also got to enjoy a lunch one day at the Cafe and the food was amazing. If we get to ride the trail again we will without a doubt use Bike Stop Cafe and their services again.“

Just need to know about the St Louis ribs. Not willing to give up.I was in town again and decided to give this place another try. The Mac- n -cheese, fries, popover, and this time the ribs were excellent. However the brisket was dry and tough. It really should not of been served. I've eaten at a lot of BBQ's joints and Salt + Smoke is not alone. They are all hit or miss.“
