We ordered 2 drinks when I finally got to the window to pay the lady shushed me and gave me a dirty look. as she handed the card back to me I tried to talk to her again and I thought she was going to come through the window and slap me. My teenage daughter was like holy cow, why is she even working here!? This was on Thurs 9/16 around 7:15pm. I have never been treated like that anywhere before! Very sad!
Give your employees some training on hostility! Went last night with a friend to grab a cheeseburger for her son! The employees were downright hostile. Slammed the window in our face. No idea what was wrong with her...obviously a bad day but not a good look for McDonalds!
