I ordered pizzas because we needed to feed a bunch of kids quicker than we thought we could cook for them. The app said it would be 40-60 min. An 1hr 45 min later we’re still waiting. The text updates said the driver left 35 min ago. We live 10 min away. I called and was connected to corporate customer service. They admitted the driver left 5 min ago and the store had manipulated the system. However he couldn’t offer us any solutions. Rather the recommendation was to ask the driver for a discount. So corporate can’t do anything and I’m just supposed to make the driver answer for all the poor service. I’m sure the driver grabbed the pizzas and is doing his/her best. Absolute terrible. Last time I’ll order from Pizza Hut. Get with the times. There are a dozen food delivery apps that give me realtime updates of my delivery and they’re accurate. This is a failing business model. Your pizza is good but not good enough to deal with this nonsense. Do better Pizza Hut.
