Normally it is a rough experience, especially if you dare to eat at the location in Chesterfield. lol This Taco Bell, the one in Ellisville, is the only one I will be trusting in the future. We ordered breakfast online and we were greeted by Manuel. He confirmed they had our order but that it would be a few minutes before it would be ready and he asked us if we would like a water while we wait. I was so pleasantly surprised! It was so nice to experience actual, phenominal customer service! It is getting harder and harder to find good employees who not only show up but show how it should be done. The other times we have ventured to this particular Taco Bell it was just ok, But Manuel made it the best experience I've had at Taco Bell since before Flynn bought it. Whatever that young man is paid, I can assure you, it isn't enought. Give him a raise. He deserves it. Taco Bell DESPERATELY needs more employees like Manuel. He has excellent management potiential! Don't let another company steal him because you were cheap!“
