As always, the food was amazing. The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the sea bass was great. I'd indicated that we were celebrating my wife's birthday when I made the reservation and at no point during the evening was that acknowledged. Also, there appeared to be no full time bartender since our waiter spent a great deal of time mixing drinks. It took almost 20 minutes to get our check. It was our first visit and we will be back! Very authentic Italian experience with the Italian staff and music playing, excellent food from the warm bread with EVOO balsamic and parm, nice wine, our table ordered the scallops and risotto special, chicken fettuccine, shrimp appetizer and bruschetta all was fantastic! We went on a Monday night and it was not busy at all we got a table immediately.

Food was unbelievable. One of the best meals I've had in STL. Veal Tortellini, scallops, and lobster risotto were the best I've ever had. Service was excellent. You can tell the owner puts a lot of pride into his restaurant!
