“Dickeys Bbq does good job of affordable comfort bbq food. Every thing is good, brisket, sausage, fries are a fav, with assortment of sauces. Order at counter is very transactional, not quite fast food but you don't see the prep at counter, maybe help to visually see the meat prep for more inviting feel when you enter (as you eat with your eyes first!!). After prep you take your food on a tray to your table. Worker asked for tip at register was awkward for the wife, I didn't care. Decor is bbq rustic but dated. Has a feel that it had its heyday 10 years ago. Needs some personality but it could be last bbq standing in Nixa.”

“Tri tip and BBQ nachos. I was VERY impressed with the meats. Super tender, juicy, and flavorful. You don't often see tri tip on the menu, but I highly recommend you try it from here. The nacho portion is outstanding! Very good value all around.I will be coming here for more.”

“We found this gem while passing through nixa. We bought 3 pineapple whips and our total was $6 even.Very affordable and big servings for $2 each. The teenagers working there were very nice and the service was very quickI wish we had this in Springfield!”

“We experienced a very enjoyable and affordable lunch on a Tuesday. Our waitstaff Cercy and Amber were friendly and the right level of attentive. The restraunt has recently introduced a ten dollar lunch menu, which had several nice choices and made it a very affordable lunch. My chicken nachos could have fed me two meals but I ate them all, delicious and a beautiful presentation. There is a lovely view, a outdoor bandstand and dining area. Bands on the weekends Daily specials Sundays thru Thursdays. Fun, interesting decor. A large separate bar area perfect for a party. Looking forward to lunching here again.”

“The waitress needs to be praised. She takes care of the entire restaurant. Her husband is a very very lucky man to have a woman so beautiful and hard working as she is!! Wish o had a wife like her. Amazing!! Food is great and u get a lot for the money. I can never finish eating everything!! Great place!!Parking: Handicap parking right at front door, plus plenty of parking in their huge lot!!”

“Good beer. Lots of different beers to choose from: several IPAs, Hefe, lager, etc…. I saw a cider too and some other non beer beverages. I liked the hazy IPA a lot and the Hefe. They have different food trucks show up each day (not sure every day). The taco truck (forget the name) is good.”

“This is one of the best local breweries in town. If you want to support local, you want to come to Bob's. Also, on Friday they have live music BEFORE everyone else in town. So you can go to Bob's first, then out to dinner or w/e for date night.”

“This was the perfect location to get sandwiches while getting gas, since we were towing a boat. I walked in and it smelled heavenly. They have a self -serve wine bar, an assortment of sodas, chips, salads, and uniques sandwich combinations. There were only two very nice people working, but they get the food out fairly quickly. The Turkey, Avocado, & Brie come in a soft and fluffy Brioche Bun. The Balboa comes with Prosciutto, Salami, Slices of Mozzarella, Roasted Red Peppers, & Pesto. It is served on a French Toll and gets toasted. Both were tasty and very filling.”

“We have just definitely been impressed with this place! We are wondering why nobody has been there while we have been there. But we have had better service then, so ok lol Everyone come out there!Parking: Parking is free and right before the business! No problem walking right in for handicapped.”

“We just moved to Nixa and wanted to try out Marcos because they had great reviews, and everyone we asked said it was the best in town. Due to the word of mouth and the reviews, we had high expectations, and they did not disappoint! The pizza was some of the best we've ever had, and I'm from NY!The manager gave us a discount for it being our first time, which was very personable. He also gave us a giant dessert brownie on the house as a welcome to Nixa.The seating area is nicer than any pizza place I've been and was very clean, as were the bathrooms.We will 100% be returning soon!”

“This may be the most underrated joint around. The bread on their sandwiches is world-class. They have an impressive menu offering of deli style sub sandwiches that rival the best in the business. They also make an outstanding hamburger. Do not expect a round bun because they put it on their amazing French style bread. They are traditionally made on a bit of onions and served up juicy at hot to order. It reminds me of an Oklahoma burger or a smash burger, but this thing seems to have some additional spices that make it pop. Many people do not realize that big Al's owns the right to sell the dole pineapple whip. That's the stuff at Disney. This is the only place around here that you can get it, and it's worth the drive. Big Al, being the entrepreneur that he is, has also added the Crabshack business to the Nixa location. I must admit, it's not a fancy joint, but it may be the best crab and shrimp meal. I have ever eaten at any price. I also feel good about supporting big Al because he has a big supporter of the community, the schools, and our first responders. there is even a community donation box and a code program on his property. I just think it's extra special supporting local businesses, and this one gets it right.”

“Tried this place for the first time ordered the spicy chicken sandwiches and they were pretty good , the fries are really good too , it's just slightly too expensive . $31 for two sandwich combos (not including tip) is kind of steep but I'd probably come here every so often . The drivethru is a cool thing to have , staff was very friendly and went above expectations .”

“We love Brothers tacos. Food is good, best Mexican we have found in Nixa, and my wife is from Mexico...service is excellent as well. If you go on a Tuesday night it will be busy for taco Tuesday and you might have to wait a little longer but its well worth the dollar tacos.”

“I just moved here a few months ago and this absolutely my favorite go to coffee spot. There are so many options that I can always get something new or just go back to my favorite. Bree is super kind and friendly. They also always have cute items for sale in addition to coffee and red bull twists.”

“The tacos Al Pastor, were delicious. This was our first time here. I plan on going back tomorrow on Tuesday for taco Tuesday. The server is from Columbia, and the owner is from Puebla, Mexico. They are both very nice. it was nice having the owner talk to us as well. They are both very personable. I was mostly there for the food, and I will be returning.”

“We love coming to Rocco's in Nixa because they have gluten free crust. We visited today and we were greeted by Sophie(sp?), who was very cheerful and seemed genuinely pleased to wait on us. She took our order, and brought the food out promptly. The pizza was delicious, as expected. We were waiting on Sophie to come back to refill our drink, when we noticed that she was the only server who was taking care of the dining room, and she was waiting in no less than 6 tables by herself. She did a fantastic job making sure that each table was attended to, and never stopped smiling, even threw KNEW that she was very busy. Sophie is a great employee and needs to be well compensated. We ripped her generously, as she certainly deserved it!”

“Great food. Haven't had anything I didn't like. I have tried all pastries, except vegetarian one, good stuff. Chicken Tika Marsala is my favorite.Fish and Shrimp both exceptional. I always get 2 Fish AND 2 Shrimp for wife and I.I Highly recommend London Calling. Great addition to the community.Love that food trucks cover such a large area. I have picked up food in both Buffalo, Mo(Walmart 845) and in Hermitage Mo.”

“My family gets Canton about once a month. Service is great and the food has been amazing. We love the sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, lo mein, dumplings, wonton soup, and the fried rice. The price of food is good and portions are generous! The parking lot is tricky to navigate and you might find a dish you don’t like (our family has a couple), but we love it overall! Love supporting this local business.”

“You can replace a drink in a meal with a shake for no additional charge. And the shake flavors are every single type of ice cream they have in the store.I've never had any problems with any of their food or any of my orders.People are human so I have 4 stars to service cause not everyone likes their job or performs well.Parking: While right next to the building isn't ideal to park they do have 3 rows of parking.Sometimes we have troubles with the drive thru taking up the same space as the front row of the parking lot and the lines can get long during busy hours. But they always move fast and there's space for all trying to go in or order drive thru.”

“It's a casual place, easy going and serve at a casual pace. They serve burgers, wings and steak if you choose. The people are friendly. There are times I go to eat really good, unique food items. Other times I go out to talk, spend time with friends and eat a meal. This is a place to go with friends, eat and chat. “Ordered broccoli cheddar soup and sw chicken avocado salad. Salad was great but they didn't include the avocado on the salad. Broccoli cheese soup was very good. Red velvet cookie, yum. Line at the counter, otherwise I would have asked for the avocado.”
