“We stopped in today just to look around, it was fairly busy and only one person was working as their shift assistant unexpectedly called out sick. They were super helpful thought the whole line (we were last) and quick to get everyone's items measured out, bagged etc. We did some spice tastings in the car and the things we got were top notch. Will definitely be coming back!“

“My husband came across Tea Bar & Bites after a Google search. We decided to give this place a try. And we are so glad we did!The atmosphere is cozy inside and out. Since the weather was so nice, we were seated out in the patio area.We ordered the soup of the day with tea and Chai. My black iced tea was very brisk and refreshing; it's not your normal unsweet tea like everywhere else. Kelly enjoyed his creamy Chai as well.The soup of the day was mushroom and sage. It arrived with a petite halved, seasoned toasted bread on the side. It was much better than ordinary croutons!The soup was amazing. Just the right amount of cream, mushrooms, and sage, to make me order another round. ? But the portion was large enough to keep that from happening.There are so many more interesting items on the menu that demand our future attention. And we will be back to do just that!“

“I'm not actually sure about food, but the coffee was very lackluster which was what we went for. That's why I rated food as a 2 because there is no option for drink. But that goes tword coffee only! However service was good and atmosphere was great, it's a cool place. I will update when I go back and actually get food.“

“This place is chill. The ambiance is like a far out oaky pad. I frequent coffee shops often, and I really enjoy this place the couple times I've been. There's groovy music, but it's not distracting or loud. They seem to support the local community. When I went they had children's art featured on one line of wall from a elementary school, and as well plenty of posters for local events and Doings. It has a contemporary 70s feel, and you can either just chill out and fade in your mind to the ambiance with your beverage, or use the WiFi, which is a pretty decent speed. I sat there for quite some time, so you can stay a while. I had their oatmeal, and it was pretty good and quite affordable.I think I'm going to make it a regular stop for me.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for wheelchairs to roam and go thru doors, even thr bathroom, unless you have a very wide wheelchair, all the doors will be good.“

“Quick trip to Springfield for some milk tea; Rose & Brown Sugar Tiger Milk and Japanese cheesecake. The professionalism and communication they provided via Facebook prior to my trip exceeded all of today's "normal" communication standards. The team was welcoming & even allowed my daughter to try a few didn't bubble samples. I highly highly recommend!!“

“The food is out of this world and the people are very friendly! However it does not feel like they want you to stay. There's no napkins available outside of the one they give you with your meal which is a problem with the deliciously messy food they have. There is very limited seating and the seating there is is an awkward height, hard, uncomfortable and you can't sit across from people, only next to them, which there's not much room for that either. They could also use some decorations in their windows. Hopefully as they grow they'll get a better designer and some more napkins because the food really is amazing!“

“Stumbled upon this place while looking for a local coffee business to support. SO happy to find a vegan restaurant here in Springfield but even more happy to find they were absolutely delightful in every way imaginable! Great coffee and even better food, like holy wow! The ladies working were an absolute pleasure to deal with and offered to help me walk my large order to my vehicle since I was parked far away. Phenomenal biscuits and gravy and sausage and egg biscuit, unfortunately I think I was too late for any pastries as they seem to have been cleaned out but I think that’s pretty telling in itself, I can’t wait to come back for more. Sure hope this place sticks around, it’s a total gem and I’m so very happy to have found it! Highly, HIGHLY recommend to everyone!Vegetarian options: Full vegan restaurant but delicious enough for everyone, even if you’re not on a plant based diet, I suggest giving it a try!“

The big sell for me is the giant Apple fritter and cinnamon roll. It’s a drag to work on a holiday but the staff weren’t moping around and had a good vibe. The donuts have held up pretty good for several days and even a little stale they’re delicious. The only downside for me was that the music was a little too loud. I have some hearing loss and the loud music interfered with my experience somewhat. Great donut shop. “I had an incredible experience at The Potter's House today! The staff are very welcoming and my tea was refreshing. There are plenty of spots to meet friends or get some studying done. I felt at home, and was also very productive. Warm atmosphere, great drinks, and a Kingdom-Centered mission. 10/10!“

The Venturella family has taken pains to accommodate a wide range of customers. There are high-top and normal tables with good outlet access for your laptop or tablet. There are sections of upholstered chairs for a comfortable social gathering or curling up to a good book. A more secluded area with a couch and chairs is also available. Just to cover all of the possible needs of a customer, there is also a conference room for you Bible study or company meeting.The pastries are all made from scratch either on site or at their Boomer location. With expert knowledge of coffee and tea, you can't go wrong with any of their brewed drinks, but some are good and others are great! The lunch menu does not disappoint, offering quite a selection of options.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Orders are completed promptly and with care. As a testament to their customer retention, they have quite a few regulars.All-in-all, Travellers House is a solid option for about any type of coffee or tea related occasion. “This is potentially the best coffee in Springfield. If you're looking for "campfire s'mores" flavors and the like; look elsewhere. Their tiny menu basically translates to one item: fantastic coffee. A mocha is one latte option they do offer, and the coffee flavor supporting it is bold, and flavorful like nowhere else in town.Even the espresso machine here looks next level, and the operator knows what he's doing. Each coffee I've had has been as incredible as the last. “I love this place because it opens when the ticketing counter opens at SGF. I haven't had the coffee because I'm trying to sleep on plane rides but I've had the quiche and the brownies which are gluten free and really really good. The people at the counter are very pleasant and helpful and they move pretty quickly.This place is amazing because a lot of airports don't really have gluten free options and it can make travelling way less fun, especially because you have to miss out on the plane snacks. I would recommend here!“

“BEST LUNCH SPOT IN SPRINGFIELD. I’ve been dabbling with items in the menu, but the Buddha bowl with tofu + sesame sauce is by far my favorite item! I’ve gotten it the last 2 times I have visited bc I just can’t say no.Every now and then I order a juice instead of food and I love that I’m able to customize them. My go-to order is the carrot, pineapple, kale (or beet!), but honestly everything I’ve tried in any combo the staff recommends is delicious.The atmosphere is super chill and the staff is always so friendly and willing to help with any questions you have. “Visiting Springfield for a couple of days and found myself at traveller's house. First their coffee is good. I usually just get plain lattes with extra shots. Taste of the coffee is phenomenal, amd not burn coffee taste. Then I decided to try their quiche. My mind was blown, crustless quiche wow. Tastes home made so I decided to stop a second time next day. Coffee even better than first day and tries a different quiche on the second day. Both days just awesome.“

“My 5 year old has been up since 4am. I'm having contractions and I ordered my pick me up drink from star bucks. I was unable to get in the drive through line because of crazy traffic on sunshine. And it hurts to walk and didn't have a mask so I couldn't go in. I called to cancel my order and the Bartista said " well let me just bring it out to you" as I'm about to cry from stress and lack of sleep.. This guy stopped what he was doing and brought my drink out to me! Kudos to him he made my day brighter!“

“First time at this location, just across from the old Casper's. Lots of choices for drinks and food but I just got an Americano with Honey added. Nothing special but it was good and very hot, which I appreciate. I didn't have any trouble but I could see if busy then limited parking close is about the only downside I noticed. The service was very attentive and greeted me with a cheerful disposition and smile, which is nice for a mid-Sunday morning. I liked the atmosphere too, with all the old album covers and posters on the walls and lots of windows that made the place feel open and spacious. Lots of seating and charging stations too. “This is THE brunch place in Springfield! I especially enjoy the sourdough toast and homemade raspberry jam and the lavendar lemon curd yogurt bowl. The coffee is perfect, never bitter. The wait staff are outstanding, delivering ice cold water, cloth napkins and silverware as you sit down and bringing the special house-made hot sauce for the egg dishes. Many of the food items are locally sourced. Lush plants abound in the indoor seating area, and the steps painted in pastel shades make for cute Instagram pics. Sit in the shade on the patio in warm weather under the black and white striped umbrellas.“

I'm staying at the plaza and every morning she has been by herself with standing room only, just rocking it! Friendly, polite and efficient!!! Kept a smile on her face (a genuine one!) and that type of customer service is very rare!“
