Hands down, my favorite place in Springfield. Craft-Sushi offers truly fresh flavors on a level well above offerings from around Springfield. The friendliness and smiles from staff are genuine and really add to the experience. The store design, music, fragrance, and overall atmosphere give me an escape to what I miss about Los Angeles, CA. You guys have knocked this one out of the park. Today is day three of consecutive orders. The Thai Chicken Bowl is simply perfection. Thank you for the amazing experience!
We used to have sushi only on special occasions because it's not exactly cheap, but with the existence of craft sushi we can have it more often! They offer large portions of delicious, fresh ingredients, I simply can't get enough. Their poke bowls are to die for and I love their Sriracha mayo!

First time for Craft Sushi and will definitely be back! Loved the rice/noodle/quinoa or lettuce options for the bowls and they’re huge. Tons of fresh veg and sauce options. We tried the sushi rolls. Was skeptical about beef and apples but it totally works! The beef is AMAZING! Yum!
