“Went to this lovely restaurant on Wednesday 19 April for dinner. Our server Mike was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and so pleased to see a real carbonara on the menu. Dessert was to die for. Had never seen or heard of a Sans Rival cake before but pastry chef, Sophia did a fantastic job with this delicious dessert. Can highly recommend this restaurant and if we’re ever travelling through Springfield again will definitely go here again.“

“The beat pizza! They do not skimp on toppings. I love the Shara Salad it’s raspberry vinaigrette with cranberries and walnuts. The grinders are made with fresh bread made in house. Highly recommend them for catering too!“

“I was suspicious of an all-you-can-eat Italian restaurant. Tried it for lunch today anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised! Great selection of pastas and sauces and pretty much everything I was hoping for. I had seafood bisque, spaghetti with meatballs and vodka sauce, penne topped with a chicken Alfredo style sauce, tortellini in a cream sauce, two different types of risotto, chicken Parm, fried sea bass, two types of toasted ravioli, bread sticks, and tiramisu for dessert. I'M STUFFED, and very happy. It's not 5-star cuisine, because it's impossible to provide that on a buffet. But it was definitely a 5-star lunch.“

“The pizza is 4 out of 5 stars good as it pertains to a New York style slice of pizza. Simple and clean.Crust is properly crisp and tastes great. The sauce was a surprise, definitely on par with the best. I think they’re cost cutting on cheese quality but it’s still better than 99% of what I’ve had locally. They’re close to a 5* NY slice.“

“This is a charming little piece of heaven. It has a small town café feel right in the middle of Springfield. The food is excellent. My wife loves the salad and I love the egg sandwich.Parking: The lights is large, because it connects to the whole strip center“
“We had date night at Nonna's, and it did not disappoint. We started with the balsamic vinegar, oil, grated Parmesan, Minced garlic and bread. It was scrumptious! We followed with toasted ravioli, which was fantastic, as well as the marinara dipping sauce. We continued on with our entree which was the best yet! We split one order of Lasagna Arrabiata. The taste of the sauce transported us to Italy, and danced across our tongues! The atmosphere was cozy and romantic. If you get a chance, try it, it won't disappoint.“

“We were a lunch party of 4. We all ordered lasagna with soup. The food was served timely, even though it was quite busy. The server, a very tall blonde woman, was affable and punctual with our order. She filled our drinks without us having to ask. I highly recommend this restaurant. Oh, both desserts were also exceptional.Parking: Ample parking.“

“What a great place to discover for a meal with friends! We wanted something different and Retro Metro turned out to be perfect! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding! Selena was our waitress and she did great from knowing the menu and just ensuring we were taken care of! We also had the pleasure of meeting Hana during our visit and she was so friendly and welcoming! Can't wait to go back!“
