Had my "Birthday lunch" here yesterday. Soft-shell crab Po'Boy, and man was it fantastic! Not my first time here, but first time reviewing. If you don't try this place you'll never know how good food can be! I LOVE the way my food was seasoned and LOVE that you get your choice of seasonings! I'm not spicy girl, and I really like that I can get great seasoned food without setting my mouth on fire. It's clear to me that the owners are invested in their business. Well done!
The food was pretty tasty, after we received it that is. Took forever to get the food and they were getting orders out to tables that just walked in the door way before we received ours. Also getting drinks after the food was delivered. Had to ask for silverware, condiments and server was very overwhelmed and they were way understaffed for a Saturday night. Would recommend a condiment station, and giving out drinks to the people as they go through the line, not after they take a bunch of orders and be seated. The cooks are not putting their tickets in order of the orders being made, and had a friend get hers way after we were already done eating. Not sure we will be returning unless they get some structure. Would hate for a place with pretty good food to go downhill due to these issues that can and need to be fixed. Thank you
